589 for asylum and she can immediately file I-765 for EAD based on I-589
pending. If that's the case, she will need to get asylum granted first in
the next year. Then wait one more year to file I-485. So 拿到美国绿卡
should be in 2014, or 2013 if lucky. |

Total 485 received in Jan and Feb is 31000 (Based on dymu's data).

So the data looks very promising.

Based on dymu's data, there are 2500 I-140 demand which I think half of them
(big assumption here) come from EB1 and EB2ROW and the other half will be
EB CI demand. Assuming TSC is the same (another big assumption), so EB1 and
EB2ROW 140 demand is 2500 in 2 months, so 15k in a year. Assuming 485 can
double that (third big assumption), so 30k demand this year. EB45 has 10k

application within one year of entering the US.
However, it takes much longer than 2 years to get green card through asylum
-- it's not uncommon to wait for a few years to get your date in immigration
court.
Most likely, she applied through EB1A, which was much easier back in 2007,
when you could claim membership using some paid-for members. |

Act I. 以为是诗， 当了下来。 忙了半年才想起来去听听。 发现是音乐嘛;-)
这个是听lacrimosa的时侯才知道很相像的。 但是人不要比来比去的。 所以就只
说autumn tears。 这个Act I据说2000年重出的CD，因为那时候已经out of print
一年了。 喜欢lacrimosa的不要去听， 因为太轻了。 在第六首歌快结束的时侯，
歌手绝望地轻轻呼唤: "mom, i'm dying" (这个是我自己听得， 如果有人更正就
不用往下看啦)。 这种呼唤和几个人打趣说“忙死了”是不一样的，至少我想一个
人在临死时侯想起妈妈是种极度痛心的感觉。
