当然这些材料都是一九八几年的时候的政策，似乎Blum同学也不知道现在的具体政策是

athlete的经验就一定适合每个人。更进一步，不是说甲成绩比乙好，那么甲的看法就
一定比乙有道理。
我个人的经验，椭圆机自行车机根本无法替代跑步的锻炼效果。另一方面我通过注意跑
姿等等，确实解决了膝盖疼的问题。也许你由于先天条件比我好，经验会有所不同。 |

如果athletic牛逼线人多，就4-3. 如果athletic牛逼linebackers多，就3-4.
1. 4-3 和 3-4 的理念都是attack, 而且 4-3 比 3-4 更要attack. 因为 4-3 的最重
要甚至唯一的目的就是靠线人抓四分卫。抓不到四分卫不能给四分卫很大的压力，那么
这个 4-3 防守就失败了。
2. 3-4 和 4-3 相比，对跑攻更加重视。3-4 一切都在于首先防住对方的跑攻。其他都
是建立在防住跑攻的基础上。所以 3-4 里的 Nose Tackle（NT)是非常重要的。一个
350，400磅的大胖子(Damon Harrison, Vince Wilfork)坐在那里唯一的任务就是阻止

, the NCAA on Monday accused the 10-year coach with withholding information
and lying to keep Buckeyes players on the field who had accepted improper
benefits from the owner of a tattoo parlor.
In a “notice of allegations” sent to the school, the NCAA said Monday that
the violations relating to the coach are considered “potential major
violations.”

expects university athletics director Gene Smith to stay on despite head
football coach Jim Tressel’s resignation and a growing number of alleged

The next time you speak, we won't be able to take you seriously thanks to
news that Ohio State would not face additional charges of failure to monitor
or lack of institutional control in the school's infraction case.
'It's all about what the NCAA can prove, not what we've read' is the company

example to other schools. Allegations of violations by a University of
Miami booster make the USC case look minor.
