)的最高山峰. 以前拜读熊猫媳妇的blog的时候就知道了科州的14ers(科州58座海拔在
14,000ft以上的山峰)，自己也希望有朝一日可以爬一座14er. 而计划行程的时候发现
mt elbert被14ers.com网站评为class 1, 也就是14ers里面最容易的trail, 而且也没
有太多的exposure. 又容易又安全，9mi的距离也不算太长，而且还是科州的最高峰，
这样的山峰不去爬还等什么. 最后和小伙伴们一拍即合就有了这次4th of July, mt

发帖数: 2629 | 46 前段时间我也是在积极寻找周围让我感兴趣的舞蹈班，现在正在take zumba，有一些美
感，不完全是严格的编舞，里面很多hiphop或者kickboxing的东西等等，等于是锻炼，
但是比跳操有美感，里面很多diva attitude，舞蹈着重于现代jazz的感觉。
算是不错了。而且歌曲很新潮，最近舞厅里面放的都有，有些曲子我很喜欢，哈哈。这
个主要还是以burn calorie为主要目的，不是编舞。
我个人挺不喜欢交谊舞的，去学过，没意思，beginner就是走步子而已，而要跳的有神
采，你必须和男伴配合紧密，我又不喜欢。所以不如jazz之类只用自己在那里耍酷的舞
蹈。
另外我非常喜欢某些mtv里面的jazz舞蹈，我在youtube上看到有些studio教学的舞蹈非
常类似原mtv的舞步，穿着高跟鞋和裙子，而且attitude非常酷，可以拿去表演了，但
