迟，attoney寄支票晚了两天，escrow就又付了一份，然后保险公司把其中一张支票退
还给我，escrow上面出现XXX大元亏空，我还得再补XXX元，结果他们收到钱以后居然不
知道干什么，还得打电话才解决。
第二次要换保险，结果escrow死活要提前一个月付款，新保险又不能提前1个月准备好
文件，结果escrow还是给旧保险付了钱，我自己给新保险付钱。然后折腾了几个月旧保
险退给escrow的钱才到账，于是escrow又有不少surplus。
前几天escrow付完地税，又把多的escrow给退回来。明年保险再涨，估计还得折腾。 |

。最后自己写个状子递到地区联邦法院。很拉风，吧FBI局长,USCIS 部长,US Attoney
General
全列成被告。和一个US attorney 一来一去3/4个月。case最后被dismiss
, 刚刚想上诉，结果就批了。他们其实很怕你上诉，上诉到巡回法院，一旦他们败诉，
其他人都会援引这个判例，他们就会很被动。所以一般在你上诉前给你解决掉。

发帖数: 1769 | 8 我觉得你关于serve defendent的理解有误，所谓serve defendent的意思是你要把
你起诉他的文件正式交给他告诉你在跟他打官司，而为了证明被告收到了你的文件，
过去默认的方式是要有人亲手递交给被告，而你作为原告是不能担任这个角色的。
但是现在很多serve的方式都是通过邮递信件，不再是经手process serve，所以
只要你能够要求被告填写waive of service，也就是证明他同意通过邮件接受了
你的文件，那么就同样可以证明他收到了你的法庭文件。前面immigration portal
里面说的serve district attoney以后会收到他们的receipt，那个receipt就等同
于waive of service的文件，而60天也就是从那里开始。所以我的理解是，不需要
process server。
PS. 我又读了一遍，serve US government agency是following rule，根本就
不需要process server，只要registerd mail就可以了。而且不需要也不能够
向government |

2013年9月： DIY eb1a 140，加急，两天后顺利批准。
2013年10月： 结婚，然后主副一起提交的485，曾经担心结婚时间太短会被质疑后来结
果没有。
2014年6月：主申请人（非党员）批准，副申请人（党员）开始经历无休止的Pending,
2015年4月：找了律师 WOM
2015年6月：收到REF 党员问题 ，律师草率回复
2015年7月：收到NOID
2015年8月：自己准备了详细的NOID回复，同时提交了I-601，
2015年8月：最后USCIS没有接受I601申请，退还了支票并且批了绿卡。
1）关于要不要隐瞒党员，这事已经讨论烂了，不想再说了，老实就要吃亏，这就是现
实世界。
2）485批准时间就是个case by case的事件，一直pending的同学别气馁，这事不顺利

The Cut off date for Spouse of Green Card is in 2010, so it is about half
year waiting time.
Also I think USCIS has at least 180 days tolerance of being out of status.

It has small chance of moving PD to 2009. My source believes it will be Q1/
Q2 of 2008. My attoney's law firm did careful data analysis and they found
it can bring 35k more demand if the Sep PD is in Q2 of 2008.
We have a wrong perception that the demand of 2008 is low. The truth is that
Indians filed more than 23k PERM in 2008 and Chinese filed 4k PERM in 2008.
There is a huge demand in 2008.
14k Indians and 3k Chinese with PERM of 2007, but didn't submit 485 yet. If

you come back. Make a doctor appointment before you leave, ask your attoney
to prepare all the documents, then submit files after you come back. |

SO in Oct. The same thing as happened this May. NIU fighted in May with an
Attoney letter, but no use. EB-2C 2803 should reach in Nov if VB furthur
advances, then EB

we have filed both 485 with my PD last year. now her attoney asked us to pro
vide her 485 receipt to interlink with her pending 140.
they said interfiling won't slow down her case and it will be a backup plan
if there are anything wrong with my case. if anyting wrong with my case, it
might be too late to start interfiling since interfiling itself takes months
.
Our concern is that interfile may make INS officer confusing with her PD and
slow dow her case.

通过严格的律师资格考试。每年全国只通过60个人，就是说，就算你是首尔大学法律系
