新的计分系统都如以前那个proposal里面写的，Attribute 部分需要达到75分，其中：
1)本科生30分，Master 35分，Phd减为45分。
+
2) 收入25k以下没分，25k-30k算5分，30到35k 算15分，35k到40k算20分。
+
3) 年龄放宽到29以下20分，30到34岁10分，35到39岁5分，40岁以上没分。
+
4) 英国经验5分，这个只要在这边申请的都能拿。

1. 没有长期数据 （上千上万年的，几十年在地球历史上算个屁）
2. 没有对照组
理论上有可能证明，比如，专家提出基于温室气体的数学模型，然后发现和现实完全吻
合。

真相很给力。
谣言的问题在于，制造和传播太简单了，而分析和治理相对成本要高的多，即使被戳破
也能过段时间重新拿出来继续骗，这个骗不了，还可以去骗另外一个，反正总能找到自
己的土壤。
所以眼下只能指望志愿者义工们出来，找些典型谣言文来戳破，警告那些智商较低，总
是习惯性上当受骗进而义愤填膺或跟着种族自虐的小笨蛋。从这个意义上来讲，故意埋
