且都是学术圈的，已有reference一堆，其中一份是著名的兰德公司的报告。
另外，美国和澳洲已立法限制使用脑波扫描仪，拿脑波扫描仪扫本国公民已是联邦法的

如果“现有体制选拔出来的不是对公司、国家有帮助的人”， 那我们应该努力提高改
进这个选拔体制才对啊。 为什么“按族裔分配就会好了”呢。如果华人在现有体制下
在晋升方面“捞不到好处”，怎么保证“换成配额”就一定会好了？ 你多加一个
constraint，不是更难提高系统的效率吗？应该不拘一格降人才啊。
还有，每个人都有很多不同的attribute， 比如智商情商身高体重长相头发颜色性格籍
贯，再加上出生地性取向。肤色只是其中一个。为什么一定要用肤色来做配额的基础，
而不是其他的attribute呢？
再有，华人里面也有很多不同的sub-attribute的。 比如，提拔两个华人都是北方人，
那南方华人不满意啊。你提升两个女华人，男华人不满意啊，你提升两个性格外向华人
，那我们性格内向的华人不满意。。。是不是还要继续配额下去呢？
人的attribute组合概率是无穷的，而工作岗位是有限的。以无限的组合去匹配有限的

发帖数: 1466 | 38 我在做一个项目,要求在1个小时的窗口内,把整个数据库全部更新一次(头的要求很奇怪
,要full,不能incremental).现在的瓶颈在一个BLOB的字段上,这个字段存放一个Object
Type,object不大,BLOB的长度在100-10000之间,但有2 million rows.整个BLOB全部加
起来也不大,只有200MB左右.
我在网上找的例子用SQL LOADER 做LOB,全部是文本CLOB的例子,看不到BLOB的例子,
BLOB的例子也有,但是都是从不同的文件载入的,比如说一条记录对应一个外部文件. 这
对我来说不现实,在本地盘上装2M个文件会慢得要死.我现在的办法是把BLOB变成BASE64
,到了ORACLE里面再把BASE64 decode成BLOB,这样可以把数据搞上去,但是这个数据内解
码耽误时间,速度达不到要求,很慢.
我希望的方法是把所有记录的BLOB内容放在一个文件里,然后用LOBFILE constant指定
一个文件名,所有的记录都在这个文件里找内容,现在的问题是我不知道怎么样把各条记

可以定义自己的大小关系用以排序。
譬如下面的这个table， 有3个attributes。 Zip 上的值按正常数
值大小排序， Age上的值也按正常数值大小排序。 Gender上面的
值按照 M < F的关系排。
下面是排好的一个例子。
我的问题是： 如何写程序（java）让这个数据table的记录能够按照类似字典排序
（每个attribute看成是一个单词的字母）一样排列？其实本质就是基数排序。
但是直接基数排序似乎太慢了。 不知道java里面有更好的方法来做么？

有与没有房产，第二个变量是occupation,几个attribute,其中一个attribute是retire
d, 最低bad rate，如果这个attribute 90%都是有房产的，那么这两个变量在Scorecar
d综合考虑，会不会double counted?
也就是说，retired因为有房产了，所以第一个变量拿了高分，第二个变量也是因为有了
房产而再次拿了高分？

老板让我做一个A/B testing, 但是没有control group和test group。现在只有 pre-
test population group 和 post-test population group。因为只有一小部分人被
test, 所以打算用 post-test population group作为test group, 然后pre-test
population group作为control group
为了确保 comparing apples with apples, 老板让我trim pre-test population
group by different attributes/dimensions 比如 income level, age group,
activity engagement 都和 post-test population group 类似。
