有沒有問題不是重點，重點是有沒有人查，這句話主要指財務、稅務。任何人任何公司

would someone worry for them? if you are a policy maker or regulation
auditor, maybe your worry has some value, otherwise, why bother?
then question NHTSA’s testing methodology, or urge IIHS to purchase/test a
tesla, otherwise, these are just speculations, at most FUD (Fear,
uncertainty and doubt) strategies from the competitors. doesn't mean

you can take it with you. All the equipment your purchased with start-up,
they belong to the school. Some schools will sell you the equipments if you
want to take it with you. Reagents are more confusing, I know one school
sent an auditor to a lab to inventory what's belonging to the school.

scanspeak 9900其实也就是d260的水平，这个从价格上也可以看出来，esotar再便宜单
个也是scan一对的价格了，而且现在vifa挪到中国生产以后，scanspeak也就是以前的
vifa，当年50块钱一套的RB kit性价比超高，现在dome换成ring就得翻十倍价格。
现在kit喇叭都不便宜，出的声音还比不上BM5A呢，可是dynaudio新出的音箱也都太贵
了没有啥性价比。

正各种材质都有自己本身的特点和佼佼者，dynaudio的喇叭只是性能好而且品质因数可
控性很强可定制性很强，像当年contour 1.3用的15wLQ市场上都没有同类woofer。其他
的厂家自己走自己的路，像fostex价格也不贵，另外一种风格而已。而且能制作20寸以
上woofer的厂家又是另外一番天地了，所以性能好坏也有局限性。 |

am buying used, I didn't find any S1.4 for sale. I was considering to have
a pair of $3k class bookshelf, I was waiting for 160, S1.4 and Cremona
Auditor M, but the last two are either so rare or so expensive even as used.
I went to a Dynaudio dealer, he says the S1.4 is not much different from
focus 160, he doesn't even advise me to consider it as an upgrade. The C1
will be on my list of potential replacement.
