感觉现在BB吃睡很没有规律 看了那书 可是不知道怎么实践 书上说要几点几点起 可是
把BB弄醒了她又接着睡 根本没办法keep her awake for two hours.

I used 7th almost 100% of the time before my son is 10 month old. The only
reason I switched to Huggies is because I can get them really cheap. I never
get any leaks with 7th and I use it for 12-hr at night since my son was 4-6
weeks (he did not sleep through but he was not awake enough to tolerate a
diaper change). Plus, 7th is Cl-free, which I believe is good for baby skin.
I like Huggies the 2nd. It does it job and the Huggies overnite works fine
for the night.

ears. For 痔疮, try to keep the stool soft by taking Colace or Stool Softner
. Sitz Bath helps a lot. Put antibiotic and pain relief cream on afterwards. |

For legs, we use cetaphil then aquaphor
Do it once all over body after bath. Another time before bedding in the
night. In the middle night, whenever baby is awaking, apply another layer of
aquaphor.
When rashes goes bad, now is only behind knee area, I use HYDROCORTISONE 0.5
%, 1% or 2.5% depends on how bad it is. |

的讯息，我也来写一下我们sleep training的经验，希望对新妈们有点帮助。
首先我觉得选择sleep training与否，和实施的具体方法，一定要适合你自己，和你们
家庭的具体情况，不要看了几本书然后照本宣科（因为我当新妈时很有这样的倾向，觉
得不好）。我们家的情况是：妈在家写paper论文，没有去上班的压力，爸6：30至5点
在外工作，娃四个半月前有外婆帮忙。我们从娃出生到三个半月基本上没有实施任何
scheduling，她想吃就吃想睡就睡。因为我相信出生头三个月其实是婴儿的fourth
trimester,早出生是因为人类婴儿脑子太大，也就是说按照这个理论所有的人类婴儿都
是早产儿，很多功能还没发育完全，我就让她慢慢发育与适应这个世界。三个半月以后
很明显吃饭睡觉开始有规律，我就按照她的规律来，慢慢开始定时。不过我的娃白天睡
觉基本上完全乱套，有时候两觉有时候一觉，时间也很乱，不过我懒得管，她能吃能睡
就行。外婆在的时候是九点开始上床（跟外婆睡），她一两个月的时候还愿意睡觉，然

，给她发点她喜欢的白噪音，或者只能裹完抱起来摇摇，让她彻底安静甚至睡了，再放
下。
sleepy bu awake估计是指快睡着了，但稍微刺激就会醒转的状态。这个时候从怀里转
到床上之后，我的经验是慢慢放，甚至可以在她半睡在怀里突然想挣扎的时候放，因为
这样两个行为就合一了，风险可能更小点。放下之后还得再陪陪娃，拍拍，弄点娃喜欢
的白噪音或者小毯子抓手上什么的，就是帮她过渡。否则环境突然变化，会让半睡的娃
因为环境变化这个刺激醒过来，还得重哄，这个我也遭遇过好多次：（
另外，你提到的哦双目圆睁要玩，以前我遇到这样情况很气，觉得我辛苦半天，你丫竟
然还要胡闹，太桑心了。后来我哦才懂了，基本上这是娃睡觉前的“垂死挣扎”，娃大
了，对环境警觉性高了，玩心重了，但其实她的生理反应已经是困觉了。这个时候不要
急，当她的挣扎是透明，继续拍继续哄就是了。我亲眼见过我娃一边想玩玩，一边眼皮
打架，自己跟自己挣，我就装死没看到，继续摇，然后她就倒下了，非常可笑。

daycare, she sleeps a little bit too little. My boy always takes about 2-3
naps in daycare, each is about 1-1.5 hours long (He is in daycare from 8:30-
5:00).
When your daughter wakes up in the middle of the night, does she actually
cry? Or she is just "ee...arrrrr" talking"? If she doesn't cry, just let her
talk a little, don't rush to care for her, she would eventually fall asleep.

have reflux and we been sleep feeding her for a while. We were worry because
her reflux is so bad that she won't eat. Sometime she can go for 5 hours or

Back then my parents just left, and my daughter would wake up around 2:00 AM
full of energy. She would stay awake for about two hours till she was too
tired and then would go back to sleep.
I took it for granted that it was her reaction to the changes around her.
But it turned out that she needed some solids. Once we introduced some
solids, she started to sleep just fine through the night!

小小娃不会自己睡觉，容易挥胳膊（startle reflex）弄醒自己，所以要打包，抑制它
挥胳膊
1-3个月sooth小娃的办法参看happiest baby on the block，总结来说是5S：swaddle,
side/stomach, shushing, swing, sucking，就是打包侧抱，放噪音（电扇，吸尘器
，嘴里发声），摇晃，给东西吸
抱睡也有讲究的，要抱到很困了但还没熟睡的时候放下去睡，不要抱到熟睡，要不然它
会把抱和睡连起来(associate)，不抱就不能睡。学睡觉就要建立positive
association，减少negative association。因为睡觉不可能不醒的，包括成年人睡觉
都会有中间醒来的情况，如果短时间之内能自己睡回去就会感觉不到。positive
association就是中间醒来还在的，比如睡crib，吃手，negative association是中间
醒来不在的，比如抱，安慰奶嘴掉了，睡下去的时候听了音乐醒来停了。所以尽量困的

就是看她困了就放下，她会哭闹，自己设定一个反应时间（我一开始设的30秒，然后30
秒往上加），抱起来安抚，什么办法都行（除了给rt）让她安定情绪，再放下。她再哭
就等60秒这样再抱起来安抚再放下。总之就是让她知道妈妈会响应，妈妈爱她，但是妈
妈不再抱着睡着，要自己睡。如果这样整个过了30分钟还没睡，就跟她说现在开始吃饭
啦，进入下一个训练轮回：喂奶-玩-放下睡觉
因为这种方法很温和，所以见效不一定快。不过我家的第三天就有一次自己放下玩手玩
着玩着哼都不哼睡着了。之后自己哼哼唧唧睡着的可能性越来越大，虽然还会有些时候
有反复，可能肚子有gas啊，或者因为放下的时候她已经overtired啦，哭闹时间会稍晚
长一点，但是也能自己睡着，绝大部分时候哈。我们在第一周训练后基本就很少再PUPD
，直接让她自己睡了，因为她已经逐渐学会了，而且我们也能够根据哭声判断是否她完
全能自己handle，确实需要的时候我们再PUPD。
现在是第11天左右了，我们极少PUPD了，都是到时间扔下去自己睡。对她的哭闹我们也

发帖数: 2294 | 44 不到2个月大的娃从上次睡到下次睡中间awake time不会超过1小时，超过了他必然很困
。你要注意观察，他是不是打哈欠了，揉眼睛了，开始fussy了，那就是开始困了，或
者在醒了以后45分钟左右，哪个时间先到，就把他放下来让他睡觉。如果他不睡而哭闹
，就看你是怎么想，可以让他哭哭十分钟左右是否会自己睡着，也可以按你自己的方法
哄睡。
总之，你这个情况是明显的overtired。小娃就是这样，越overtired，越闹，越难睡好
觉。估计你们晚上也睡得不太好。

很多宝宝睡着以后一到两个小时内会有arousal的情况，这种情况是半醒状态，不用学
会自己入睡也可以进入下一个深度睡眠
如果这个时候抱起来哄或者喂奶，宝宝就完全醒了，叫awake。长期下去会造成不健康

don't expect her to rest at all?
When baby sleeps, she has to cook, and when baby is awake, she must play
with him? Just because she is hired, doesn't mean you don't have to respect
her...
You don't pay her when she takes vacation, so how is that "being nice" to
her?
If you don't work, why do you need to hire a nanny, especially if you think
it's a super easy job?

我希望她快点干完活 剩下的时间休息 不是很好么？
我觉得4个菜 2个小时做完 怎么着也足够了 一天4个小时还剩下2个小时 好好休息 不挺
好？
我娃超级乖 醒的时候能和你一直坐那玩 现在平时白天都不便便 都是我和我lg早晚给洗
屁屁 平时保姆就用湿纸巾擦擦然后换尿布 所以体力活没那么多
