发帖数: 17 | 1 关于ICC听说有很多类型，我只能提供我见过的。刚进入这种公司之前肯定他们给你的
条件都很好，比如说，年薪多少，办H1B，保险什莫都有。但是实际上很多是不能兑现
的。H1B确实给办了，至少我们公司是这样的。但是听说很多不好的公司承诺给办，但
是最后等你的OPT都用完了也没给办也没办法。但是关于H1B我也很不满意，因为公司考
虑到bachelor名额有限，所以都先把bachelor学位的人的document交上去了，而Master
交得很晚，所以特别影响它的approval。这点要特别注意。另外薪水确实也有，但是前
提是你要自己拿到project。说实话，他们有training，如果遇到简单的project就能拿
到，但是工作通常压力很大，而且多数需要relocation，并且不能自己决定开始和结束
的时间。如果运气不好，遇到要求严得很长时间都没工作，薪水自然也没戏。保险基本
上只有medical德，其他都没有。培训前需要签个合同，大概就是加入公司才有资格参
加培训。但是根据公司不同。有的合同没什莫效果，有的很厉害。所以签之前最好找个
律师咨询一下，看看有多少影响。有些撕毁合同是要赔款的 |

的，然后如果我现在用CPT申请的话我还是bachelor degree，这样以后h1b申请也只能
用bachelor degree，这样申请难度会大很多，所以公司通常不这么办。HR 问我能否早
点毕业。
我觉得我早点毕业是不可能的，只能１２月份。那么现在要马上工作的话可能的方案是
什么呢？
打电话去问学校，说可以full time CPT，因为我最后一个学期学分很少了。但是公司
又说CPT 不可以。
那我究竟应该怎么办呢？

我的情况是这样的，国内master，美国phd计划6月毕业。 找到了工作，4月前就在准备
h1材料。
今天给律师打电话问下是不是材料都齐全了，无意中知道他要给我按照本科办，之前说
的master和phd都一样，今天忽然说国内的master不算，郁闷死了。
我有三个问题请教：
1）有没有和我类似情况的同学，就是夏天毕业，当年4月份就申请了H1的，如果是Phd,
需要什么材料？
2）现在时间已经很近了，如果我4月1交不上去，晚几天交会怎么样？
3）如果按照bachelor申请了，会怎么样？会不会申请不到，或者影响后面的绿卡申请
4）如果H1没拿到，可以申请绿卡吗？本来公司答应的是h1拿到就申请绿卡的
5）我现在的情况，如果拿不到毕业证名，是今年按照bachelor申请好，还是明年按照
phd申请呢？ |

，but merely indicates a "bachelor of science" degree. 这啥意思啊？
律师还有发一个相似的公司的情况，这也让我觉得律师还挺认真。但是回信说 it is
not clear whether the size, scope and company's industry are similar to
yours.
之后就列举了8条我可以传的东西
前4条中间没有or （但是有写evidence could include, but is not limited to:)
后4条中间有or 看着就舒心一些。
哎。。。命苦啊。。。

学位认证那项明确就是说要a copy of the master's degree.
但之前学位证和成绩单的复印件都给律师了，律师也确认肯定邮出去了。
反倒是specialty occupation里面有一句是：
you have not provided sufficient evidence to establish that an individual
must have a bachelor's degree in a specific field of study in order to
perform the duties of the position.
这里又变成bachelor degree了。
感觉uscis丫就在玩我一样，回信模板至少也看清楚了再贴啊。

在美国一段时间的人，很多人都用过教育文件评估及认证（credential evaluation）
服务。最常见的除转学分及H1签证外，还有考CPA和Engineering license的认证。由于
做与大学教务部门相关的工作，本人与美国多家学位评估机构及大学有密切联系，尤其
是与三大评估公司（Wes, ECE, 和JSilny）有过一定的接触。在此就中国的学位在美国
被认证的情况与大家略谈一些相关的细节。
虽然很多人不知道这类服务，但一般人会需要使用他们两至三次：上学， 转H1及绿卡
，考license，或者需要用国外的学位找工作，尤其是高校及政府的职位。
中国的学士、硕士、博士学位都被认为与美国等同，中国的大专也相当于美国的副学位
，不过授予学位的大学必须是在教委网站所列举的2200多所学校当中，所以有许多没有
