的cash back，然后给了我一个key number，不知道有没有谁有这样的经历？这个cash
back可靠吗？是直接打到信用卡里面吗？ |

为可能会给小孩有阴影，变得懦弱。我晚上单独的跟儿子谈了很长时间，给他讲第一原
则绝对不能先打人，但是如果有人故意的打他，老师不在的时候，一定要fight back，

当然不管怎么样，你fight back之前和新老板沟通好，说明原因，然后

发帖数: 398 | 49 以前会，有段时间太执着于追求在back swing到顶时，肩膀90度，hip 45度，膝盖22.5
度的coil旋转比例，在down swing的时候又过于追求hip turn 和shoulder turn的Lag
。造成lower back tension。 现在，根据身体灵活性，我 back swing时，hip 转的比
45度多，而且左脚后跟会稍微抬起一点来帮助hip turn，这样lower back的tension减
小了很多。本来就不是long hitter，所以似乎对距离影响不大。
Golf Digest SEPT.2011这一期上有几个GOLF造成的主要运动损伤和预防的文章，可供
参考。运动损伤可不值得，悠着点哈。 |
