The shutdown has just begun, but a bipartisan group of lawmakers from the
national capital area already are preparing legislation that would provide
back pay to furloughed federal employees, reports Government Executive.
The House bill is co-sponsored by Reps. Jim Moran (D-Va.) and Frank Wolf (R-

睡了一觉醒来, 天已经转暗, 不好, 球赛已经开始了.
赶紧打开电视, 今儿orioles对的是white sox. 上一

敢弯腰下去的那种。
然后在网上查了下，发现这篇讲的很有道理：

有点值得我们新手注意的是，到底要不要做ATG，值得商量。版上置顶第一篇里面说建
议做ATG，所以我之前轻重量起步练5x5的时候就是尽量做ATG。但是这篇文章里面说做
到parallel就够了，ATG很容易造成round lower back。这跟我自己的体会很符合。我
自己觉得超过parallel后，蹲的越深腰就越难保持挺直，往上起的时候一不注意就
round了，我这次的腰疼就是这样造成的。之前重量轻的时候觉得没事，最深点起来后
完全能调整好lower back的姿势再发力，重量加上来就不行了。

因为周五晚上确定了这个周六早上不和大部队以及小分队一起跑步，决定这个20迈自己
单飞，所以我美美的睡了一大觉，醒来已经是12点了。
盘算着要在下午5点之前跑完，因为7点钟是谭咏磷演唱会，赶紧吃东西。本着上周六的
教训，吃了一碗鸡汤面条（里面什么都没有），半碗稀饭，然后又吃了一块巧克力，一
瓶含有咖啡因的energy drink，大概总共600卡路里，然后开始等待时间，稍微热身什
么的，还用RW的推荐用form roller把自己的大腿小腿都roll了一边，然后快1点出门，
一路上想着，今天真是准备的很好阿，天气也好66度，有阳光，风有些大但是想到CIM
风可能会更大，不由得觉得很好的训练机会。到达trail head，还没下车，就意识到坏
了！忘记带fule belt，这不能背水可怎么跑啊？？？？回家再拿肯定耽误时间，5点前

混音效果，这首歌其实是一首上上乘之作，特别是结合了歌词和这首插曲feature的电
影“Sliding Doors”后。。记得我在看过某期音乐杂志后特意去看了这部电影。。。
一般吧。。有点像罗拉快跑那种感觉。。。就是感觉生活就是一刹那的事情，晚了1秒
钟，什么事情都改变了。。挺俗的剧情，但就像“我爱你”这种俗气的台词和送玫瑰这种
大众的行为，再怎么样都不会被淘汰。。。

vacation, I found the central garden had been totally rebuilt. You could find
BIT's new logo there. Hopefully you could take pictures of the central garden

According too my own experience, you really would have time BUDGET for 3 weeks

chance to see you. I went back to china only two weeks.
Actually I stayed in Beijing only for one week. Now, I came
back to England again.
Now, I am thinking about looking for job in Beijing. So I am
sure, next time when I go back to China, I will have enough
time to see you and give you a chance to invite me for
dinner. :) |
