lz如果动手能力强，有时间，自己弄就行了。
Backer board 的作用是提供平整坚硬的衬底。上面的tile不会裂。衬底要1 1/8以上。
polywood 和 dry wall 不能用衬底是不够坚硬，而且polywood 可能有变形。墙上的瓷
砖只能用Backer board， dry wall 外面的纸承重有限。
tile，mortar, subfloor, + bottom mortar, 加起来有足够保护下面的polywood。塑
料布可加可不加。
现在的浴室或浴缸都是一体的。下水的pvc如果密封好，不会漏水。而且浴室的水压不
大，密封相对容易。 |

向右跑五码, 折回往左跑十码, 再转身跑完最后五码.
这种对改变方向的灵活性的测量对line-backers尤其重要.
今年去了Combine的39位line-backers中只有A.J. Hawk的3秒97是4秒以内.
** Bench Press:
225磅(就是横杠两边各加两个最大的圈), 躺下来能推多少个就推多少个.
Linemen一般应该能推25个左右. Lendale White 只有15个,
比他轻40磅的Reggie Bush 24个, 连USC的punter都推了14个. Mario Williams 35个.
Bench Press 可能是最体现气魄的了.
几年前有个叫Fred Smoot的, 非常出色的corner,
但在combine用尽吃奶之力只推了一个, 沦为圈内笑柄, 从前十名一直滑到第二轮.
我记得记录是有人推了53个.

就说这个高速收费吧，明明CHICAGO比土共还狠，可是五毛不看英语新闻，就不知道。
最近ILLINOIS这个收费的事争论的很厉害，IPASS最低收费从40C一下跳到75C，这个接
近100%涨价了。可是老百姓反对根本没戏。当然政府理由基本和土共一样的。但是
CHICAGO的几个着名小将是基本不开车不看/听英语新闻的，估计都是学校里的F1/J1，
所以这么好的素材都放过了。
75C还是IPASS最低收费，很多口DOUBLE都不只，最高是1.95刀。这是IPASS，CASH收费
是DOUBLE的。本来40C的口，CASH是80C。现在CASH最低是1.5刀了。
从我家去OHARE机场，来回50MILE，合80公里，要过355，88，294的6个收费口，新的收
费标准，涨价后收费就要5到8块，和3，50块人民币了，这还是IPASS。CASH收费是
DOUBLE。估计最高可能要100块RMB了。
所以天下乌鸦是一般黑的。老美以前还好，现在DEM控制的蓝州，比土共还狠啊。
