等到485processing date 到了才开始.
收到转NBC的通知说明backgroud check 已经完成了,还是刚刚开始.之所以这么问,是因
为有人几个月就转center了,有人一年都没动静,还停留在收到指纹那一步.

发帖数: 486 | 9 １５年４月的rd，一月下旬做了sr说还在background check。 同时议员也告诉我是
pending ＦＢＩ name check。 今早给tier２打电话， 是个很nice的人，告诉我
说uscis在２月１７号收到了我的backgourd check results， 现在在review这个
results。 我问这意味什么，是我的case已经assign给了officer还是只是在review这
个backgroud check的结果。 他说你等一下，我要到另一个系统里查一下。 过了一
会儿说：我现在不能给你一个确切的答复，不能告诉你是否已经assign给了officer
（是不知道还是不能说？？？）但我可以帮你做个sr，十五天之内会给你答复告诉你是
否assign给了officer。
这个电话再次证明了很多人的猜测，所谓backgroud check pending根本不是一直在
check，只是uscis没把你的case送出去而已。 做sr，联系议员都有可能触动
backgroud check的开始。
希望这个月能有好消息,也祝福那些还是pending的战友们 |

同步干嘛，不立刻给结果别人要接别的地儿的offer了？然后是同步45分钟，异步3分钟
出结果，只能说明一个问题，你们的同步写的有问题，每个candidate的backgroud又不
是耦合数据，你们还做出死锁来了？还是说这几千人之间有各种各样亲戚关系，公司的
雇佣规则是五服以内的亲戚不能在同一公司打工，所以数据是强耦合数据了？
还是说虽然广告是几千openings，但是位置实际上只有一个，你们做的是几千人的抢位
置系统，backgroud check先做完的先得？

check，她的虚假工作经历是经不起check的。所以有人一直呆在ICC里直到拿到绿卡。因

司，staffing company，都存有你的简历--虚假的简历。你如果离开ICC，自己找工作，

Backgroud check. 我想等Backgroud check过了再从现在的公司辞职以免两边落空. 现
在的公司要求提前两周通知. 这样一来就不可能两周后开始. 这种情况可不可以和新公
司商量一下开始日期? 有点害怕把Offer搞砸了. 请大家出个主意. |

的推荐人，找同事好说话的，证明工作靠你的pay check就足够了
Backgroud check就是走个过场，公司都肯要你了，只要你没有犯罪记录，没有严重经
济问题，你的pay check能证明你在公司干过，或者聪明点就说要去申请签证找公司给
你开个在职证明给background check公司，人家都不会去问你老板的。
而且你填check表的时候可以选择不让check公司联系你现在的公司，人家完全理解，跳
槽不让先雇主知晓。人家更本不会打电话的。
你担心啥，我觉得最要担心的是工作经验，项目经验，你有经验比什么都重要。
当然我不是劝你去那个公司，真不喜欢就不要去，生活，工作只是一部分，自己开心最
重要了，祝你早点找到工作 |

望得到大家bless。有曾用名，希望不会把background check拖久。
拨打tier2方法：800－375－5283后直接拨 1－2－2－2，接通customer service，然后
请他转tier2 officer。
疑问：这周打了两次。问backgroud check和name check clear没，都说不知道，是别
的agency在做。我问没有记录是不是就是没clear，答 not necessarily。板上做了
research，很多打tier2或者infopass后，都你能明确得知backgroud check和name
check clear没， 为什么我打了两次都说结果不会回到他们那里呢？
今天联系的tier2很明确的告诉我，还没有assign给immigration officer。如果有，她
能看到记录。

跟律师讨论AD，里要求MSEE with research backgroud on power system.
律师说这个reserach backgroud要求就是work experience要求.
那我说不要求research background吧，就说MSEE focusing on power system.
他说也不行，说除非MSEE degree上写了power system，要不就不能这么要求。

然后因为是给专门的公司去做, 所以还有一些周转时间.
reference check貌似一般都是onsite之后, 没发offer之前, bg check一般是offer发
下来之后, 然后去做的, 当然每个公司也都不一样, 我说的仅限于amazon, qualcomm这种 |
