的是有数据分析和预测建模经验的统计分析师来处理那些OR分析师制造出的数据。我就
说，我是OR科班出身的，现在又有数据建模的实践经验，看起来确实挺适合这个职位。
于是他开始提问。很明显他是纯OR背景，没有多少统计方面的知识。先问我，如果现在
运输费用平均是三毛钱，他们费了死命的劲做出一个算法，把运费降低到两毛七分钱，
请问如何知道这个算法是不是有用。我就跟他解释这是要test这两个data sample是不
是服从同样的分布，统计上可以这样做，blahblah。于是他问，如果发现改善不大怎么
