backorder，你定一个有可能过几天就发货了，当然也有可能过几个月，具体要问小二

的order status显示in
progress，最后更新是17号，regular的order status显示order date是16号，
backorder一直到昨天晚上，现在总算不
backorder了，也是一个in progress，其他什么都没有。昨天就开始有人拿到手机了。

发帖数: 1 | 16 医院里很恐慌，病床很满，我们的几个ICU都满了，都是上了呼吸机的COVID病人。另外
还开了好几个新区装COVID病人。大多数病人年龄都是60 ，有基础疾病，最明显的基础
疾病是糖尿病，哮喘/COPD，冠心病或者心衰。免疫系统弱的病人也是重灾区。有一个
年龄38岁的病人没有基础疾病，但是BMI 50，也不是健康人。目前还没见到完全健康的
人因为COVID而病重的。
急诊室爆满，医院在外面还单独设立了帐篷。大部分人如果是典型的COVID症状，比如
发烧，肌肉酸痛等病毒症状，没有其他基础疾病，我们都直接让回家隔离14天，连测试
都不测试……因为test kits也紧张，而且像纽约这种重灾区，基本上测了也白测，肯
定都是COVID。所以大部分病人都回家自行隔离了。让住院的都是ABC (airway,
breathing, circulation) 有问题的。
胸片的敏感度不高，有些病人的chest xray 正常但是CT就显示肺炎。关键是CT现在也
照不过来，太忙。
医护防护措施非常紧张，和州长说的物资充足完全不一样，我们都一个N95用一个星期

还是turbo的问题，这次去dealer那，说换零件，但是backorder，
这一等就是1个多月，终于零件来了，也换了。但是，灯还在那，
dealer说换CPU。CPU换了，dealer很高兴的让我去取车，俺也是很
兴奋，终于车修好了，不用老跑dealer了，结果开车的时候傻眼了，

我需要租车，每天20多块钱，如果遥遥无期，这是不少的费用。
我就在想，高速上撞了鹿，政府是不是有责任？ 那个地方没有警示牌，也没有护栏，
如果有护栏的话，鹿会犹豫一下或者稍微慢一下，我就能过去，没啥事了。
我可以告政府吗？ 要不要找律师咨询一下？
