１。unloaded。枪上不能有子弹。 可以有弹夹在旁边
２。locked container. trunk, 可以上拉链锁的塑料盒，旅行包都行。container 放
脚边，膝盖上都行。但是glove box or console box 不能装
calguns上看到的具体解释：

boot tongues so that it caused you back seated. When you were in backseat
position, it was hard for you to keep balance, so you wanted to use more
force from your outside leg muscle to stablize your center of mass. My

个人感觉说skid太多有很多时候是edge不够，或者重心太多在上坡脚。转弯应该是靠
edge
的，所以ski侧向立起来越高，转弯和速度控制应该越有效。我自己觉得edge已经用了
很多
的时候看录像才发现实际edge的角度比自己想像的小很多。
我也是自打改了backseat的毛病后就开始小腿肚子酸。自己猜可能有两个原因。一是靴子
太软。换了双flex index高些的靴子就好多了。二是弯腰。导致重心偏前，所以小腿肚
子一支
在用力。不知道对不对。 |

1。姿势。从录像看，除了后倾以外，我觉得主要是posture太僵硬，就是关节僵硬，膝
关节，腰等。膝关节不够灵活。蹲下，挺胸。跟高手学习，就在眼前。见这个贴里的
fly和密西根州大的儿子Peter，观察他们的膝关节。小孩学习滑雪快不光是重心低，而且也是他们的关节灵活。

2。平衡 balance。姿势正确以后，就是掌握重心在二脚之间变来变去。滑雪这点跟滑
冰有相似之处。edge control。你可以练习用一只脚，见录像里fly，左右做蛇形滑行
。这是power skating里的一个基本动作。还可以练习foward backward pivoting。就
是滑冰里向前滑的时候，突然转身向后滑。或者反之，向后突然转身向前。一只脚
pivoting（花样滑冰）或者二只脚pivoting（冰球）。学习向后滑可以改进backseat
driving，因为后滑身体要前倾才行。等到前后左右单双脚都灵活自如了，就容易了。

I suggest gloomyturkey to control the speed by turn shape, but I did not
suggest gloomyturkey to control the speed by using Hockey Stop. Since
gloomyturkey mentioned "平行滑" then "完全控制不住", I suggested Hockey Stop
so that at least s/he can *stop*.

1. He is spraying snow directly down the hill. His edging is only for
lateral push off in the middle or after fallline.
2. He lifts his inside ski to release showing that his foot-to-foot pressure
management needs to improve.

对我来说他们是很了不起的。当然了，对我个人而言，我也宁愿用爬山那个时间来多滑
几趟雪。
但谨慎的说，滑雪基本技术我好歹还是懂的。这个雪季滑了52天，可能只有不到1/5的
时间在滑groomer。early season的时候我也经常钻雪场关闭的地方，算是side-
country吧，平时大部分时间也是滑off-piste甚至un-patrolled area。各种雪况，各
种terrain，我又不是没滑过。我觉得对于滑雪技术本身而言（抛开backcountry里的爬
山生存营救识别雪崩危险等技能），至少在这个版上，至少在北美中国人里，我至少还
是有资格评论一下的。别弄的就backcountry的雪就是火星上的雪，跟地球上的不一样
似的。
较一回真，你敢说backcountry skier滑雪的基本功就是靠扭上身并向内倾斜来带动ski
转弯？别跟我说什么extreme情况下如何如何，我就问你平坦宽敞的blue坡度的正常雪
面上。这个问题，就跟backseat一样，最基本的错误滑雪动作。

个身体往前压，这是错误的lean forward。图右是典型的backseat。
其实lean forward的说法是不准确有误导性的。lean forward给人一种很危险的感觉，
而且事实确实是很危险的，过多的lean，如果地上突然来一个包，很容易失去平衡。而
跪，就给人一个很安全的感觉，稳稳当当踏踏实实的，滑起来也确实更稳更踏实。 |

道 比如camelback和Windham 具体方法就是下面横着走很长一段 然后速度慢到停下来
有时都能看到平滑双板的tips已经微微face uphill了 这个周末在kilington 试了几条
黑道(super star easy fall 和几条短的) 还有双黑的outer limit. 在比较短和简单
的黑道上可以流利转弯了 但是长的黑道和双黑就很差 基本就是横着走 停下来 下一点
再横着走。。。另外发现很多问题比如backseat和上身乱动 这些问题在蓝道上都没有
这是为什么呢？是不是应该再打回蓝道训练高速转弯
