1）重心在后, backseat, 肯定是不好的.
我想不出任何一个需要这样的情况.
2) 重心在前, 胫骨顶着boot cuff, 这样能保持雪板的tip pressure, 有助于雪板
edging,适合fast charging, carving.
3) 重心在正中, neutral position. 优势在于比较灵活，适合variable snow
condition. 还有一般powder skiing的时候重心也偏正中
4）2和3不是独立的，一趟滑下来，根据不同的情况可以在2者之间转换，或者在2者当
中的任何一个程度 |

对脚底应该是一个动态的Fore/Aft(前后）外加左右的转换的Movement。对于初学者来
说，最常见的错误就是锁死在Aft（backseat）的状态而导致没法左右换刃。我给的
drill就是帮助练习这个动态过程的。

前兩天通過Last.fm + emusic剛剛認識Sufjan Stevens。恩， 相當rich而且original
的音樂。音樂複雜和厚重的程度和Beirut類似。
目前還沒有聽過來最受歡迎的曲目，但是大致總結為：
人張得很cute，聲音很溫柔，音樂很凶猛，性取向是Gay，信仰是基督教。
