分别10,6,10次课,每周一次,每次半小时老师教,半小时自己练
老师开始是中年女士,后来是的50十多岁的gentleman,
带3-5个学生,有一学期只有我一个学生,
现在学会backward crossover,three-point turn,forward的inside edge,outside
edge练习
backward的inside edge,outside edge我只有一只脚能做。
每次差不多10刀,还是有点贵。
而且我看边上的高手,进步很慢,都在基本功反复的打磨,以期能有扎实的基础来做难
的动作。
我看他们经常一个学期就练两个动作。当然,如果有钱的,有教练教当然很好。
但是,我想知道什么时候就进入了这样的阶段?
到了这个阶段,我就应该想想是否调整投资在上课和自己练上的时间和钱了。
滑冰会跳和跳的好还是很不一样的,这也是滑冰的乐趣。
我中学开始滑的。那时是室外滑,每年有两个月的冰期。基本上是冰上小伙伴相互
学习,有谁学到新花样大家就都跟着学。不象这边的滑冰课有一级一级的课程。印象中
这里LOOP是在FREESTYLE4或5 |

backward 的edge以前没有练过,现在在苦练,将来跳了以后的站立全靠它了
我试过十几次跳半周的,成功了也站不了3秒钟,所以还是先苦练backward的edge,
什么时候能够撑个十几秒,我想就可以练跳了
我现在穿了有pad的裤子去的,自由练习的半小时,我一般摔二三十次。
不过,基本没有摔痛过,太爽了
你的水平都比“跟我滑”高了吧,你不是陆地都能跳一周半了吗。 |

首先,这个球是不是fumble,如果是那只有holder能拿球前进。。。否则死球如果不是
,那只能理解为backward pass...

...还是死球。而且规则里没有这时不是pass incomplete的例外。。。
这个Play如果holder直接把球传给Kicker的情况下是没问题的,以前LSU成功也都是这

来的。也就是说,false start是一种judgement call,像jet sweep这种,wing player是lateral或者backward move,且
明显就没有simulate action at snap,那一般都不会吹
我详细解释一下吧。每一次进攻状态是ball marked ready,position set,snap
begins。在position set之后,snap begins之前,所有队员,不能有任何action, shift或者类似
动作simulate action at the snap。如果裁判看到的是,在snap之前,某个侧翼球员做出

减力挡 is clear to everyone.
减力推 is similar to 轻推, but 减力 for controlling the distance and Rhythm (节奏).
减力挡 uses 减力 and 挡 but not 推.

减力挡 stop to block and then moves backward quickly (does not move forward).
减力推 is 相对 to 加力推

slice and topspin to play with him. Wide angle shots are not that effect on
him, unless they are very deep. Because he moves very well side by side,
but he almost never moves backwards. I kept telling him to move backwards

is just so good at taking the ball early on the rise. |

gonna be hard. My take is I'm "too actively" step forward, so what happens
is after a stroke I take a step or two forward, when the ball comes back, I
end up taking 3 or 4 step backwards, this also the key reason where my core
falls backwards.
Since I was never properly taught, my recover path is horizontal back to the
center, I need to move my neutral zone further back, and stay in my neutral

2nd one is not the same as the "incorrect one" the first one try to imitate.
Notice 2nd one is turn side way and run backwards, where the incorrect one
in the 1st video is turn side ways and shuffle. It's a HUGE difference.
You'll see Nadal, Nishiroki uses 2nd way almost all the time. You'll see Fed
used the side shuffle step a bit more often... My take is if you don't have
