川普刚上台一个星期，就以超出大家预料的速度搞出了多起乱子。其中1月
27号的禁止7个穆斯林国家公民入境事件引起的反应最为强烈。
事情经过并不复杂。1月27日川普突然发布总统令，以“反恐”为名义，禁
止伊朗，伊拉克，叙利亚，利比亚，也门，索马里和苏丹七个穆斯林国家公民进
入美国90天。不但已经发放的美国签证一律作废，哪怕已经持有美国绿卡者也不
能豁免。尤其令人气愤的是，上百名在川普发布命令前已经登上飞机，但在命令
生效后才到达美国机场的7国公民在海关被拘留起来等待遣返。甚至连5岁的孩子
也被戴上手铐。
消息传开后，大批义愤填膺的美国普通民众自发前往机场进行示威声援。以
美国公民自由联盟为代表的民间维权组织也立即开展法律行动。在强大的舆论反
弹下，川普一方不得不有所后退。目前美国国土安全部已经允许绿卡持有者入境。
同时最新的进展是，针对华盛顿州提出的反对总统令的诉讼请求，联邦地区法院

算你们美国说的社会主义派的桑德斯放到丹麦来，桑德斯在这都属于中间偏右很多的人
。自由到这种程度，丹麦的恶性犯罪率非常非常非常非常低。基本听不到恶性犯罪的事
情。不是没有，是很少很少很少。就算是极左占据的哥本哈根Christiania这个被极左
和毒虫们占据的治安最差的区域，晚上你也可以基本放心在里面散步（已经成为一个景
区了）。犯罪率低的原因，就是因为丹麦贫富差距小，最穷最穷的人也能得到福利的保
证，衣食无忧。当人衣食无忧的时候，绝大部分情况下不会主动去犯罪（不排除人在情
绪激动时脑袋发热发生犯罪）。而当穷人多的时候，当他们没有福利或福利不足时，他
们为了生存，会去抢会去偷可以做任何事情。在丹麦从事偷窃的一抓基本上都是东欧那
些穷国过来的穷人。治安的好坏，我不认为跟自由不自由有关，而跟这个地方穷人的多
少有关。人为财死鸟为食亡。穷人吃不饱的时候，如果又没有工作，为了生存，就一定
会去犯罪。 |

说明很多问题。
这里穷人的孩子和国内不一样，坏的要多。
海外利益多，就要侵略？被利用的小兵值得同情，不值得支持。更值得同情的是被占领区

道的历史了。但是禁枪之后，犯罪率不降反升，短短十数载，已然成为泰晤士报和BBC
乃至全英国悲叹的“欧洲暴力犯罪率最高的国家”。
原因很简单，少了民众的武力制衡，暴徒就泛滥，犯罪成本极大的降低了，可能有枪的
民众歹徒侵犯之前要好好掂量一下自己的斤两，但是现在没枪了，胆子立刻肥了起来，
以前要在黑市花大价钱买枪才敢做的案子，三五英镑买把西瓜刀就能得手了。很可能也
是很多图表和统计上英国枪击案比例渐渐下降的原因——禁枪多年，再加上年年收缴，
百姓别说有枪，连枪是什么都快忘记了，杀鸡又何需用牛刀，子弹也比刀子贵啊。
同时伴随的却是暴力犯罪率的整体迅速上升，由以青少年一代蛊惑仔一样的犯罪盛行发
展，直到伦敦骚乱达到新的高峰。颇有稳坐欧洲暴利犯罪率第一把交椅的势头，暴力法
罪率超过美国和……以暴力犯罪而闻名的南非
很讽刺，收枪收到连自家的奥运会射击队都要出国培训的国家，自家的犯罪率居高不下
，全国的媒体还在惯性鼓吹枪支的邪恶，不知道最近刀械犯罪率升高是不是要开始鼓吹
刀具的邪恶。
