拍了个电脑案件档案的最前面的截图，然后大肆渲染，以此作为刘强东被判有罪的证据
。其实，那个截屏什么狗屁都不是，那是警察出警报告的电子表格。
警察出完每次警，都要写报告，按照出警案子的性质填写，所以才在下拉菜单里选择
criminal sexual conduct, 这只是这次出警案子的归类。然后后面再分类，完成还是
未完成。依照报案人的最初报告，说是奸了，那就选完成，completed。

发帖数: 743 | 10 在加州I-5某个下坡处，在想某个事情，想得有点生气，踩重了油门，开到100mph，立即意识到，赶紧放开油门，轻点刹车（因为前面挺空的，我就想让车自己慢下来），但是已经晚了，警车过来。给我上庭单（上面没写要罚多少）。第一次violation，当时就懵了，也没问警察什么，但依稀记得他说我这个要扣三点，说要是在前面那个口就是扣六点（好像是这么说）。
现在请问我该怎么办？第一次碰到这种事情，一点也不懂。单子上好像让我2月初上庭，但到时我会在国内。另外庭在几小时之外。
单子上有两个大选项：
1. If you do not contest the violation
a. pay the bail amount
b. traffic school
c. correctable violation (但是单子正面好像写着这个不是correctable
violation)
2. If you contest the violation
a. court trial
b. trial by written declaration

（1）Post and forfeit the bail
（2）Enter a plea of not guilty and request a court trial.
（3）Enter a plea of not guilty and request a trial by declaration (mail).
（4）Post and forfeit bail in full and attend the Traffic School (但是这个要
$307).
我想选择（2）plea not guilty, request court trial. 请问这个没有什么坏处吧，
除了花时间外？顶多我还是被罚$237。似乎认了的话driving record 就有这个记录，
上法庭起码有希望辩一下。另外， trial by declaration (mail) 怎么弄？比上庭好
吗？

及续。警察后来来了，判了GF的全责，强制出庭，bail amount是$2000.我不知道这个
bail的意义何在，因为直接就是让我女友走了没关小黑我，只是后面要出庭。另外一个
我的疑问是，这个case有什么后果吗（我想的应该就是罚钱，大概是多少，警察说后面
罚款可能是bail amount的百分之十，GF当时也没听清是什么情况下罚这么多）我们肯
定会咨询并请律师解决。但是想先听听大家的一些建议，心里大概有个谱。

选项包括：
Proof of Correction; Amount Due with Proof of Correct N/A.所以这项我不能选

可奇怪的是Judge只在较轻的那个charge上check了dismiss,后面写着25pd
而我一共交了$367,包括这个25(当时没带保险，后来出示了，交的一个手续费)，
和另一个超速bail。
三个月前交的。
今天这个回复很是不解。
不懂是说整个儿dismiss了，
还是只dismiss 25刀那个，
而那25刀严格说不算charge的bail。
请指教。

一旦人被捕，法官就会根据罪行轻重，以往犯罪史，给出个保释金金额。
这个保释金，如果家庭全出了，确实，到开庭时，会全额退给你。
但美国还是有很多人出不起这钱，可还是想早出来，因此就有所谓的 bail bond 组织
的出现。一般是你出１０％的保释金给他们，他们出另外的９０％，凑足了给交上。但
这１０％，即使你按时出庭，也不会退给你的， bail bond 就是赚这个钱的，近乎黑
社会，不怕你跑路。

了）一桶，忽悠了很多航空公司电厂等等搞什么套期保值，最后年底石油跌到了30多美

由土共发改委还是银监会还是证监会宣布这些合同无效。。。）
今天看新闻，原来，狗剩在2008年下半年在次贷金融危机中，用政府的BAIL-OUT通过
AIG向其输血，将金融危机中损失的MONEY通过aig的政府bail-out全部拿了回来，还通
过政府强制要求AIG不得公布bail-out资金去向，以免自己会受到冲击和垮台。
更绝的是，今天早上新闻揭露，狗剩在通过aig向自己输血的同时，还不忘狂烧（short
）AIG，加速aig的崩垮。。。

狗剩一个劲的要求政府BAIL-OUT保下aig，以免自己遭受损失。然后，从aig利用bail-
out的资金将自己的损失给输血回来（AIG BAIL-OUT资金去向中，最大的就是给了狗剩
）。
血输完了后，还让政府禁止AIG公布资金去向，以免自己受到影响。

今天终于收到court notice。但是我的notice 上没有Trial by Declaration的选项。
选项包括：
Proof of Correction; Amount Due with Proof of Correct N/A.所以这项我不能选
To Pay Your Ticket (Bail Forfeiture): Amount Due for Bail Forfeiture $238
Request Court Appearance: Amount Due for a Court Appearance $238
You appearance is : Optional
To request an Arraignment date without posting bail, you may appear in
person at the Clerk's office. You may also mail the "Amount Due for a Court

发帖数: 5728 | 47 同主题下看过lathander的答复，我觉得他的推荐就非常好了，G.Loomis的杆子好处之
一warranty很好，断掉后花50刀邮费给你个全新的。我用的是1/16oz~5/16oz。
轮子方面lathander说的也对，sustain就很好了，tt的专家们都常用这款，在往上实无
必要，对于钓crappie，lm bass等来说，差别几乎体会不出来。而且，sustain已经是
非常好的spinning轮子。
顺便提一下这款certate轮子，非常好，目前我感觉是比stella还好，1000系的轮子我
目前两只，stella 1000FD的bail反弹太严重，到了几乎无法忍受的地步，如果要大力
投掷，尤其是1/32oz的lure希望超过20米的岸钓距离，力量不会少用，所以一旦bail反
弹，虽然大多数情况下不会损失jig，但是很烦人。而这款certate 1003不会有bail反
弹问题，另外，drag从受力到锁紧，0~4.4磅范围，大约六圈，测试了drag开始move的
力量，不会超出此时drag设置力量很多，这是一个好drag的关键之一。还有个特点就是
这款轮子全封闭，大概小轮子系 |

Spinning和BC从收线的着眼点来看，如果，假设如果没有那个bail guide，那么它们用
的力道
应该是一样的，但是那样不可能，因为方向不对。bail guide把线换了一个方向，这样
就能绕到
spinning spool上了。但是同时，因为线是90度角压在bail guide的滑轮上的，会有一
定的
摩擦力。其它什么还有什么损失的力量我还没太想明白，但有这么一个转角相信会有力
量损失。
从抛投的着眼点看，如果，假设如果没有line twist和rod guide之间的摩擦，那
spinning
绝对是更远，因为它出线的时候根本不用带动spool，而BC的缺点是它避免不了spool的
转动，所
以才花力气研究super free spool啥的。
开会了，等会如果还有什么再写，纯技术讨论啊。 |

发帖数: 6791 | 49 我觉得开bail这个办法对我set hook有训练意义：这个是明确的咬口信号，这样我有时
间和思想准备做完整的set hook动作。以前我挂底白set hook吃亏太多，导致set hook
犹豫，跑过一些鱼。具体换杆和线的问题，我想等先多上上鱼积累经验再说。
以后我能分清了之后大概就不需要开bail来确认，看起来
准确判断迅速set hook > 放低杆尖让出几尺 > 开bail >> 在那儿不动或者乱拉来确认
钓小鱼不分年龄，一个月前我第一次钓bluegill都一包带劲的，现在8寸对我来说已经
不小，估计我很快就钓腻了，要找钓大鱼的办法了。
