我是超级新手
我在北加，3月上旬吃了张ticket，当时在限速35的地方跑到了52，被岔路口的警察盯
上。当时运气也够不好的，因为是放绿灯以后的第一个，前面没车子，就稍微大意了些
，说起来也是按平时大家都开的速度，只是我跑在最前面，不抓我抓谁。
而且更悲剧的事由于没经验，在警车给我拉警笛以后我还开了一小段。因为我不确定是
不是要立刻停车，所以我慢慢的一直走到了零点几迈以外的一个熟悉的停车场才停车。
后来警察给了我两个原因
1. CVC 22350 Unsafe Speed
2. CVC 21806(a) Failure to Yield to Emergency Vehicle
而且上面写着在4月15号前或者当天appear at court.
然后今天收到了寄来的notice，上面说，
1. 如果直接交钱交856
2. 或者， you are eligible to traffic school. The bail amount to attend
traffic school is 624
3. Due Date 是5月28
实在是太贵了。。。而且我想问：

and attend traffic school. 如果我选择trial by mail，但输了，可以要求traffic
school 吗？还是必须是 court trial 之后才能request traffic school?
我看法院网站说如果 trial by mail 输了要求上court，法庭会重新考虑，但是
sentence 还不局限于原先 trial by mail 的sentence. 所以觉得要是trial by mail
输了，就不想费劲再上庭了。

court. in WA, if its a minor accident and driving without insurance, then
your girlfriend will get cited for a civil infraction. the ticket will be
around 700 dollars. (550 for no insurance + moving violation). if she got
cited for negligent driving in the 2nd degree, then the fine will be
slightly higher.
in either case, she should not have to post bail and be required to go to
court.

1) pay the the ticket ( Bail forfeiture)
2)Traffic School (pay the ticket and the school)

需要做的是把罚单上需要寄回的部分撕下来，寄回给上面说的地址，但是这时候也要交
bail，这个bail就是罚单的金额。
我第一步需要做的就是把这半页纸和一张写有罚单金额的支票寄给法庭？收到回信后再
继续Trial by Written Declaration的步骤？
如果成功，他们会把支票寄回给我？

发帖数: 1 | 12 坐标某national lab里面。一天开车回家，突然后面冒出个白皮交警骑着摩托亮了灯，
然后给我开了个停牌没停的罚单。可是事实是我停了停牌，当然因为当时路口一个人都
没有，我整个停车动作非常短。我承认这样严格来讲是不合适的，但是在当时四下无车
视野也比较开阔(除了后面没发现有这个傻逼交警)的情况下，这样没有任何危险。路口
应该是没有监控的，所以有点死无对证。
几周后看到发单

Pay Traffic School Fees (bail amounts plus enrollment fee) $294.00
请问问各位大拿，这是两个选项的意思吗？是不是选了第二个上个online traffic
school就不会扣点以及涨保险了？
另外还有几个问题
1. 进national lab是要badge的，交警有权利进national lab钓鱼执法吗？
2. 有没有argue的可能性？感觉就是这帮傻逼交警最近又缺钱了过来捞点钱，加上是第
一次感觉挺不舒服的。

根本感受不到“老婆会买单”，而且酗酒的时候，估计全部感觉估计也就是生不
如死，并不是你所说的那种"享乐"。事实上，从楼主的十年婚姻中，楼主的老公
一直是家里的经济支柱，所谓以后的bail out，如果真的存在，也算是一点点

打电话到county jail，给名字，问地址，问保释金额。到交保的地方交保，把你老婆
先搞出来。如果你想教育她一下，就让她多呆两天。保释金额由法官定，你老婆如果是
初犯金额应该不会太高。如果比较高，你如果有抵押物可以找bail bond帮你bail out
，只要你老婆不跑，保释金是一定会退给你的。
她在里面应该会给你打对方付费电话，你要接。
交保后，按照上庭时间上庭，期间可以找律师咨询一下。主要是不要留案底。
最后告诫大家，美国不是中国，美国警察不是中国派出所民警。他们只管抓人，所以大

另外感谢pm我对板斧职位有兴趣的同学们，这次申请版主是在几个朋友同意出任板斧的
前提下才进行的，所以希望能得到理解。由于是国庆+周末，板斧们可能在一周时间内
会陆续上任，所以这段时间如果工作上有由于人手不够的疏漏，希望大家理解。
本届版务会尽量用我们掌握的信息来为大家提供一些个股及大盘的分析。但是炒股最终
还是自己的事情，希望每个人都能成长为大牛，相信没有人愿意永远跟在别人后面捡匹
克。另外，如果大家选择我们的匹克，亏钱了请不要抱怨，赚钱的时候也不要鼓吹，我
们完全是为人民服务，尽最大努力做好这一届版务。
版务将尽量邀请牛人们做股市分析，对一些有特别贡献及提供有价值信息的人，版务将
给予相当数量的wb奖励，希望大家多多发言！
鉴于股版是真金白银上阵，其性质有别于其他版面，所以版务对亏废者和赚翻者的 f
words 保持一定容忍，允许大家发泄一下。但是请不要使用过激语言和玩文字游戏，版
务对于个例有最终解释权。
