须尽快采取政策解决庞大的债务，不然下一个发生债券危机国家就是美国。
在过去的七年里，美国联邦政府的债券翻了一番，总数达到了14兆，Bair指出国债增长
快的原因就是金融危机以及美国政府多年来一直懒于采取必要措施降低长期存在的赤字。
正在开始进入退休年龄的的婴儿潮养老金对于政府是一个沉重的负担，加上今年政府在
社保和医保方面的花费，这些合在一起占了今年政府全部开支的45%，在1975年时仅占
27%。
Bair还说，巨大的国防花费也是让政府很难承受的。美国的税率与整个经济的状况脱节

Maybe they just need to piss off more savers, who would then find there is
no reasons to pay mortgage after all since the delinquents are not punished
