但反正就是不可以做任何迷惑跑垒员的动作，无论有意还是无意
左投牵制一垒相对容易，抬右脚后只要冲向一垒方向就还能牵制
右投的话，如果三垒没人，抬左脚后就只能投球了，因为左脚怎么也拧不到一垒方向了
还有其它一大堆我看不懂的，balk我觉得是棒球规则里最复杂的一条 |
