看你们想吃什么了， 但是最起码的点火工具要准备，
1。char, lighting oil, match, foil, etc.
2. 一个翻肉的夹子， 叉子若干， (但是不是必需)， 竹签子(做肉串)
3。 sauce, barbecue sauce, mastard, ketchup, salt, peper, etc.
4。 一个冰盒装冰和drink.
5。 一个可携式录音机放音乐， ：)
6。 飞盘， 排球等运动器材以便吃撑了休息时用， ：)
7. 如果想吃burger, 买牛肉饼和汉堡胚， 吃热狗买热狗肠和热狗面包。
想吃猪牛排的就买生的排。
不过做些中式烧烤更好，例如鸡翅(腿)， 先用酱油，盐， 姜末等腌一天。
拷时喜欢吃辣的可以洒些辣椒粉。
下面介绍我最爱吃的鸡串， 把鸡胸肉切成小块， 用盐， 酱油， 辣椒面，
孜然拌匀， 掩一会儿 |

下午，和一些朋友到城外的公园去barbecue。
园子很大，缓缓起伏的草地，一片小树林，几泓不大的
湖泊，弯折的车道传缀起来。隔几步就是一个
长亭，每个旁边都安着两套烤架。
我们去的正是时候，靠近树林的那个湖边上，
一处长亭正好空出，
那里还有人工沙滩，有网子，
可以打排球。
肉是昨天腌好的，生火，烧炭，烤肉。
其余的人就脱了鞋，在沙滩上打球。
就说着，笑着。
渐渐就傍晚了，我坐在亭里的长凳上，
望着不远处的湖。太阳在落下去，
一直作伴的云却还舍不得离去，绚烂的光
辉就映红了她们的脸，
远处天空似乎就嫉妒了，青着脸，
真是小心眼儿，我笑他们。
对面是湖，水波鳞动的湖。对岸，一排柳
树，随着风，拂着枝条。
我知道我的心又回到那个园子了。
我闭上眼睛。 |

不会吧, 生火很容易啊?
别不舍得引火油, 使劲倒, 让它烧一段时间就点起来了
不一定要自己买烧烤架, 可以跑到公园里去占用一两个炉子, 风景也好. :)
(其实我也没用过自己的架子)
公园的炉子: 买炭(charcoal), 引火油(starter?), 铝箔(aluminium foil)
可以准备个纸板扇扇风:), 翻肉用的夹子或铲子
准备一次性盘子, 杯子, 叉子, 小刀子, 如果要羊肉串的话去买些竹签
对了去walmart买两个小刷子来刷酱, 好象在厨房用品那块
就喝soda好了, 方便, 愿意喝点啤酒也行, 来点chips, 玉米的或土豆的
肉么, 看着办了, 反正什么都可以烤
我所喜欢的(我是个肉食动物): 羊肉(串), sausage, 鸡(腿,翅,胸), 猪肉(排)
调料看着办了, 爱吃什么就可以吃什么, 俗的有k |

独立节聚会不吃烧烤，恐怕不算聚会。今天做了两道排骨，其中一道不是翠花排骨，也
不是无锡糖醋排骨，而是烤了一条纯正美国风味的香嫩多汁的烤排骨。
主要原料是 Pork Spare Ribs （烤肉季节，这条肉的价格砍疯了，呵呵）和 KRAFT ba
rbecue sauce （现在也非常便宜）
参照下面的视频把排骨去筋、肥肉；剔下留着脆骨、杂骨、边角肉待用。
看过这段视频也就知道不用 Baby Back Ribs，而用便宜的 Spare Ribs，照样能烤出嫩
美好味道的排骨。

在国内的时候每到冬天我们家就开始吃腊肉，炒着吃蒸着吃都可香了；来美国后，发现
好多国内喜欢吃的东西都买不到，于是在“馋”的驱使下，我开始学着自己做了，这几
天第一次学着用烤箱做腊肉，做出来觉得效果还很不错，就跟大家分享下我的做法。
1.五花肉准备两条，洗净备用；
2.将海盐与花椒放入锅中用中小火慢慢炒至海盐微微发黄。海盐的量不能太少，得够把
五花肉抹一遍，花椒我放了大约40粒，炒出来很香，也不会觉得辣。
3.将炒好的海盐花椒趁热把五花肉仔细均匀的抹一遍
4.用生抽、老抽、料酒将五花肉全身抹一遍，再加一勺糖，几片香叶，一块桂皮，用保
鲜膜封好放冰箱开始腌制，每半天把肉翻身一次，让它入味均匀，这样腌2~3天
5.腌好的五花肉取出擦干，烤箱170°F预热，将五花肉架在烤盘上烤12小时。其实170
°F有点高，应该最好50~60°C,可是烤箱的最低温度就只能调170°F,我怕把肉烤熟了

我在一篇文章上看到另外一篇有趣的文章，这篇文章是美国烤肉协会（这机构不错）的
一个会员写的，写得很风趣，也有义正言辞，他为烤肉代言，说了很多证据，他的理念
是，Barbecue和Grilling这是两个完全不同的烤法，前者是古法烤肉，温度低，100-
200度，速度慢，烤出来的肉质更好；后者是现代烤肉，温度高，速度快，容易烤焦，
产生烟雾。他说传统的barbecue是完全健康的，因为温度低于400度，不会烤焦，不会
产生烟雾。而他承认现代的烤肉grilling，烤肉架，大的木炭火，或者电烤，确实会产
生致癌物质的。 |

看见。房子后面有一块区域的vinyl siding坏了变形了，原来那里放着一个很大的
barbecue grill挡着也没看见。（其实就是因为barbecue grill没有完全冷下来就推到
墙边把vinyl siding烤变形了的). Seller不管，怎么办？为这些事不去closing值得吗？
心里有点不爽，这个seller总是说这房子他卖便宜了，亏了多少多少钱。说的倒是实话
，他是亏了几万块钱，可是这是因为整个房市跌，又不是说我们故意占他便宜。我们付
的就是目前的市场价，否则他也不会肯卖。seller总说他没钱，所以什么都不愿修。
我们看房子也看烦了，想快点买了算了, 所以也没跟他计较。inspector说，98年的
房子，roof有些老化，有些shingle要补要钉, 他也没有修；地板有些裂缝，也算了；.

感觉买房子一旦offer接受，买方后来就越来越弱，作七七八八的inspection (
