不远，而且有清澈，凉爽的湖水，是一个在这种炎炎夏日里避暑的好去处。
虽然距离不远，不过假日的traffic不是那么顺畅，听听收音机，就连西雅图各处的
ferry等待时间都要2到3个小时了，心里也就平衡了，过了Sultan，堵塞消失了，很快
来到了Baring，远远的就能看到高耸的Baring Mt。milepost 41 (east of Index,
west of Skykomish). 在635PI NE 左转，过了铁道后，拐上FS6024，发现这里是我最
讨厌的石子路面，不过还好，地面很平整，没有什么坑坑洼洼，一路都是在满山郁郁葱
葱的树荫里穿行，让人觉得一下子进入到另一个世界。4.6英里之后，抵达trailhead，
这个位置，处于一个山谷之中，东北边的有Mechant Peak等一系列山峰，西南边，则是
高高耸立的Baring Mountain。这些虽然不是特别高，但是也算秀美的山峰，衬着蓝蓝
的天空，已经让人觉得今天的hiking会是一个让人舒心地小旅行。

没有大侠能够帮忙，介绍一下他们一般会问什么类型的问题。
面试的人是Equity from Rates department. 第一面，不知道为啥不是HR的人。本来以
为电面就会问问softskills的问题，但是后来查查，看大家的问什么都有。但是还是不
清楚equity 的Quant一般都做什么的，可能会问到哪些方面的问题。
这个interviewer好像去barcap也不久，是剑桥的一个学地理物理的博士，估计现在也
是在做Quant。
小弟brainteaser, finance, organization skills 都不怕，但是很久没有编程，本科
学的那点c++早就生疏了，特别担心会问编程的问题，大侠对这个方便有没有什么建议？
