在美国从事房地产经营的七八年来，粗略估算，本人所参加过的房地产拍卖会少说也超
过一百次。趁着目前地产市场萧条，“闲着也是闲着”，不如将我经历过的趣闻趣事写
出来与读者分享。以下所述 基本是我的亲身所历。为增加可读性以及避免有人对号入
座，故事中的人和事稍作修改。
我所知道的非自愿转让（Involuntary Alienation）房地产拍卖在本州有如下几种：1.
Sheriff sale (不知道怎么翻译， 由警官主持)；2. 房地产税拍卖 （Property tax
sale）; 3. 取消回赎权拍卖（foreclosure auction），或叫受托人拍卖（trustee

即使我擼起袖子想推，無奈在家沒有虎媽的地位，空有熱情也沒有用呀。:P
ok seriously speaking, 她說的當然有點嘩眾取寵的意味，大部分的中國家長也沒有
那麼誇張。看今天正反方的人數差距就知道了，即使中國父母也沒有多少贊同她的。但
她有些觀點我真的很同意，學什麼都有個barrier, 突破了那個barrier之後，也就是
good at it之後，那個快樂絕對跟順手打打醬油不一樣。每次我在家吼孩子老公在旁邊
使眼色我就覺得，你干麻呀，小孩罵兩聲就罵壞了嗎？就沒有self esteem了？幫助她
master一項她有困難的東西才是長遠的幫助她建立self esteem的釜底抽薪的辦法。你
安慰她兩句結果她還是不行還是不行還是不行，那不是永遠沒有一個自己給自己self
esteem的機會？我真覺得那才是剝奪小孩自己建立self esteem的機會。
