便宜。
我的问题是， 咱们孩子混在一堆白人孩子中，这些白人孩子的家长都对baseball很热
衷的，讲起来头头是道， 我听得云山雾罩， 白人孩子受影响， baseball水平要好不
少的， 咱孩子混在里面好像很弱的感觉。
还是足球感觉好些，起码儿子还是team里的主力。

什么都是一样的；六岁左右开始coach pitch baseball,由教练扔球让孩子击打；七岁
以后才开始真正的棒球，孩子扔球，击球手接球手都上阵了。早点开始可以适应规则，
大部分小孩子一开始都是打酱油心态，在场上闲蹲着，不会集中注意力看球，所以需要

I feel this is unique among all sports.
Also, baseball is probably half brain half skills. Those hitters

to be smarter than NBA/NFL players. |

Braden Halladay, 已故MLB著名前投手Roy Halladay家的老大，作为加拿大青年队的一
员，在与多伦多蓝鸟队的一场spring training的比赛中，出场投了一个inning,表现很
好，3 up 3 down...视频里只有最后一个ground out的play，就引来了1万多人在那个
tweet下面点赞，大家惊叹的最多的一件事情就是Braden的delivery和Roy年轻时候简直
一模一样，而且这场比赛又恰好是对蓝鸟，他父亲的ex-team，当解说员很激昂地说“
So Halladay got the third out...”,我真的瞬间仿佛穿越回到了十几年前。。。我
想看过Roy比赛的老棒球迷们一定都会和我一样，在那个瞬间感慨万千潸然泪下吧。。

baseball来球快，重。所以要求bat短，粗。后手要求力量大。没有golf swing的
release。
但是core swing是很像。
想想golf应该容易，躺哪里不动的。:)
关键是baseball swing几乎不用学，非常natural。
真正的GOLF SWING. 我觉得这是一个很好的方法体会转体,当然还有其他方法能够体会
以脊椎为轴进行转动. 这个方法是看着很好学,如果你认为你这样挥两下,两分钟后你也
能象David Leadbetter的击球那样好,就期望过高了. |
