从细节上看，在接触球前有跨部的转运，产生了相当快的bat speed；接触球后，还有
继续的drive。不足之处就是loopy，棒头掉了下来，有点捞着打的感觉。至于怎么练，
我的建议还是找professional coach去教。可以找当地的high school coach，也可以
找目前在休假的minor league player. 如果是自己有indoor facility的coach, 收费
会高很多。同时，家长也要多学习baseball相关知识，知道孩子是不是走在正确的道路

有个球大家就可以玩了，参与性很好，不太激烈的话，对锻炼身体也不错。从参乎角度
讲，football就不行了。
据很多打过baseball比赛的人说，baseball的乐趣一点也不必soccer差，只是必须要亲
自去打过才能体会。而且也可以从小玩到老。但是从电视上欣赏，大部分没有玩过

申请理由和目的, 我以前的申请和 loveinme的这篇文章说得很详尽
我们是非常诚恳严肃地申请这个Softball版, 并且有信心把这个版面建设好.
希望站务能够重新考虑, 至少请不要以简单的一句"没有必要"就把我们打发掉
我们会感到很受伤很受伤.
我们的讨论无法在 baseball 版面进行。 因为baseball版多为棒球迷讨论美国
大联盟的球队和球星以及 fantasy 游戏。 而我们讨论的是开展垒球运动， 讨
论训练安排和技术细节， 防治运动伤害等话题。 所以与 baseball 版的话题交
集几乎为空。

得垒球和棒球究竟有多大区别呢？没什么必要吧。而且支持也并不是特别多。所以第
一次就据了。
后来看到你们在认认真真重新申请。我是打算再看看的。其实一开始说不开，后来还是开
了的版也是有的.
但是重新申请发出来没有多久，来了一些人在BOARD上灌softball的水，说是来炸版什
么的。那两天BOARD版上有很多于申请新版无关的帖子。所以我有这么个concern: 这版要
是开了，岂不是助长砸版风气。申请新版下不来的，招呼几个弟兄来砸BOARD版即可。
另外baseball的版主也表示了你们在baseball版并没有不受欢迎。在baseball上面贴了垒
球的话题而没有人回应，我觉得这说明人气不够，不说明需要另开一个版面。
基本上我就是这么想的。这两天工作特别忙，因为有人来信催问结果，就赶紧贴了个结果
