发帖数: 585 | 1 我也正在这个区域看房子，basking ridge确实划分了几个区，主要是小学不同，the
hills上的是 mt prospect小学，十分的小学，亚裔小朋友占快一半的样子，the hills
是basking ridge 中国人和印度人的主要聚集地，有一大片十几年新的townhouse社区
，社区里有个小商业区，游泳池和健身房，另外交通还算方便，尤其是上north 287，
上south 287要多绕个大圈，basking ridge另外两个小学好像也不错，也都是九分十分
的，不过都是白人小孩为主了，中国人比较少。 |

together. Basking ridge is a great town for you and the area I have
concentrated on recent years is the Hills community. Very beautiful
community and golf course too. For New York commuters, there is a Basking
Ridge station to Hoboken. One of my favorite area in NJ. Please check your

为啥HILLS的房子比BASKING RIDGE 别的地方的房子还贵呢？
HILLS是不是就是指LONG HILL那里？
还有现在BASKING RIDGE的房价，相当于05-09年哪年的房价？
感觉有的要的太高了，比05年还高，

county上班。 学区好的TOWN到是不少。 看了一段时间在SUMMIT一带和BASKING RIDGE
定不下来, SUMMIT 附近什么NP, BH， MADISON, CHATHAM都看过。 比较如下：
SUMMIT 比BR 坐火车到纽约快28分钟左右，单程
同样的钱在SUMMIT买的房子比BR至少旧15年
BR的房子一般内部装修不错，厨房浴室都会有亮点
学区都不错
SUMMIT白人占多数。 不知道这样孩子是否能交到朋友。 不过周围都是老中也有利弊吧
。
咱们都想住新一些大一些的房子，但每天COMMUTE多50分钟也不少。 我们到底该怎么取
舍？？？ |

高的, SAT的成绩也不错. 可是看看小学, 好象有个小学40%是Asian? 都是中国人还是
硬度人? 家里有两娃, 比较关心学校的事. 另外小朋友参加的活动班之类的多么? 还有
游泳池的场馆?
周围生活方便么? 有中国超市么?
工作的话一南一北, 287在上班时间堵么?
