毁掉面试。电面之后，同一个礼拜的礼拜五就给了通知去onsite。并且在邮件里说明了
onsite的内容和要见的人员。
试见了4个人，电面的经理，技术部
门的director,senior engineer两名，两位engineer各考了我一些技术问题，
schematic reading and soldering,答得一
般，然后是一些类似iq测试的题目，这部分是我表现的最好的，回答的准确率很高。然

用。
这本书好在，每给一个问题，他会跟你说“正确”回答的关键是什么，而不像很多其他
书，洋洋洒洒给你一个sample答案。
对我来说，看这本书比较节约精力，省得从别人的例子里去总结。不过如果你是喜欢看
sample答案的那种，那么"301 smart answers to tough interview questions" 可能
会比较合适。^_^ |

然后去的时候，会针对那14条问behavier的问题。
你基本上就是要举你实际工作中的例子，来回答他的问题。
每一轮都会问14条中的1-2个。
反正我去的时候，没想到他们会问那些，压根没看。
结果hiring manager第一个面，上来就问，看了14条没，我谎称说看了。
让我复述其中1-2条，结果随口说了两个，他说我说的不对。。。很尴尬。
最后其他几轮免得还不错。给了offer，但是被恶心到了。没有任何去的欲望。

可是答应了一个星期后，老板发信说要给我办J1签证，于是我回复说不行，J1签证我就
不过去了。于是老板就回复说好吧，给我办H1B签证。
可是经过这么一个来回，我觉得俄罗斯老板很不靠谱，签证这么重要的事情竟然说话不
算数，于是昨天和他说我不去那里了。
结果今天那个老板竟然给我博士老板写信complain说我这是unmature behavious。

如果是技术工作就重点突出你所掌握的相关技能。如果是管理工作就要体现你的
Leadership, teamwork, communication。值得注意的是故事不是准备的越多越好，而
是job description上面的每一点最好你都准备一个相关的故事，比如要求你会癌症细
胞Biomarker检测，你就讲个故事说明你用过什么创新的方法又快又好的完成任务。注
意每个故事都有相应的point，是说明你的creativity还是time management抑或hard
working====讲完故事记得有结束语突出你这个论点。
另外要花至少一天读公司相关的report和news。Wall St Journal挺不错，另外学校如
果能下到analyst关于公司的分析报告最好。这项工作主要是增加你对公司的了解，面试
时候可以提出相关问题体现你对这个工作和公司的强烈兴趣。
最后我想指出的是，HR和hiring manager问的问题和回答的方式是完全不同的。跟HR主

will run very very slow.
I've tried it on a computer, with static IP setting, it runs fast.. with dynam
