经验找
大医院药房的inpatient，容易吗？要多少年经验才能找到manager level的工作？需要
residency吗？。另外会不会有裁员的危险呢？
另外想问一下医院的benefit。
比如每年会涨工资吗。有5－6年的经验的话 ，起始工资能多少？
401k有match吗？每年的medical insuarance要多少。会不会有加班呢？
真心求教。。因为目前的工作benefit不错，但是出差比较多。所以考虑是否要换一个
。所以想仔细比较一下，到底转换工作经纪上是否核算。。
不想费劲半天，结果比现在更差了。 |

现如今在正式场合与人 交往或者去公共场所处理事情，最为不便 即是 show 别人 应
该 怎么样称呼 自己。对方看到我 的id 或者 在自己电脑系统中 找到 我的名字后，
大多数都会 如此反应：
“Mr. ...., how to pronounce your last name?”最起初，我还很负责的回答，是
[X i:]，对方 反应：“oh. [Sei]”，我再纠正，应该是[X i:]，对方反应：“oh. [
Rei]， 久而久之，我发现 被称呼 [Rei] 的时候居多，再后来，我自我介绍的时候，
便 称自己 [Rei]了。
更有甚者，打电话 来直接询问 " May I talk to Mr. Eleven"? 过了N 久，才反应过
来，原来 XI 真的是 eleven.
新core上台，新闻上 肯定少不了 相关报道，美国人耳濡目染 之后，对于 XI的发音应

呵呵，看last name，全是老犹。
他们装穷大概是源远流长了。现在的那些个基金会，都是抄他们的。有一点不能抄的，
就是裸捐。比如一家老犹把所有的收入都捐给自己控制的会堂，那人家都是零收入啊，
比拿最低工资的还惨，理直气壮的吃救济。而会堂就是他们家开的，每年拿个4%救济一
下穷人，还是比税率低。就是这一点点救济，他们都还要扣一大坨下来。
你想啊，会堂里的“穷人”是谁？就是他们家啊，零收入，零存款啊。还有社会福利不
能覆盖的开销，就全靠会堂的“救济”了。比如儿子要上哈耶（呵呵，人家算“白”人
，用老白的AA名额，不用担心老黑闹），会堂发笔奖学金；女儿要结婚，会堂全包了，
来宾吃喝玩乐加新人蜜月……所有这些开销，都算在会堂救济穷人的4%里。当然，4%是

如题。
面试完，面试官说case“complete to me”，让回去等消息。
然后等啊等了4个多月没动静就去info pass了，结果听到这个情况一头雾水。
帮我们查的officer说是等最后的clearance，现在case已经不在local office，他们也
不知道具体情况。
我怎么记得NBC是在面试之前啊？
BTW，面试有党员问题，当场写了statement，面试官很友好，帮忙美化润色了不少。
请问谁有类似经验？这正常吗？ |
