完全照抄Aprilmm的。因为我是两个小孩的妈，还要上班，根本没时间搞绿卡申请，3月
20多号的时候，我要到一个地方开会3天，我就把April mm和版上另外一个人的PL打印
出来，带去开会了。除了我present那天，我就在旅馆写这个了。完全是以April mm的
做模版。同时给几个人发要推荐信，我的两个老板的，是我自己写好，他们签名的，两
个独立推荐人是他们自己写的。这里也感谢他们很快的回复，现在一看，我3月24号完
成的PL,4月6号就submit了，非常感谢他们！

Knowledge, or EndNote Web去search papers.
简单试了一下。Publication List 1 做不了油灯图，你的papers需要放到My
publication里。这是从网站上看到的说明:
Publication List 1 - Use this list to contain any publications you want. A
few good uses are to include publications by your colleagues, of areas of
interest to you, or a subset of your My Publications.
如果你想加文章做以上的purpose,也可以照下面的steps加，但要把My Publications
替换成 Publication List 1。注意: 流程 stops at step 7.

1. most Chinese can understand american values, even can act on as how they
understand them. However, very hard turn into our own believes/values.
2. Tolerance and diversity are the keys in american values, so it is totally
acceptable, even encouraged if our Chinese like own more properties, while
other does not.
