发帖数: 318 | 34 我去年在best buy local store买了些他们家的gift card，然后网上下单，好几单被
cancel，然后钱也没回来。
最近在打电话要，他们的回复是，卡被report lost or fraud，或者order 是fraud，
不能refund。
我的原始receipt都还在，他们就是不给我refund。这些应该都是借口，因为我是
purchaser。
打算这么做：
第一步，去state attorney office 提交complaint，他们会出面跟best buy 打交道。
有类似经历的受害者，可以一起提交complaint，让best buy引起重视，我们不是好欺
负的。
如果第一步不行，就告bestbuy。真要是走到这一步，只能联合其他受害者，要搞就搞
大的，不然律师费都赚不回来。
我虽然不懂法律，但是他们随意关gift card，肯定是违反法律的。
不知道有没有律师朋友可以提供一些建议或者帮助。

粉和walmart(Parent's Choice)的organic奶粉是同一家厂家生产的。如果你要买earth
's best，可以去买walmart的，便宜很多。 |
