2. CVS 或是 walgreen 有卖非处方的betadine（povidone-iodine）和antibiotics
ointment。先用betadine擦拭感染皮肤，等干燥后上antibiotics ointment。但是不确
定有多大用处。建议家庭常备类似药物，一旦有小问题及时处理。

以前是用betadine的， 现在讲究美观（当然data好像要好）， 一律要用
chlorhexidine， 我们都是用现成的， 就是海绵里已经浸透了chlorhexidine。 用瓶
子的chlorhexidine我从来没见过， 瓶子应该与lidocaine的不一样吧？
估计从此以后，要么重新使用betadine， 要么往chlorhexidine里加色素。
这个case肯定是个10 million赔偿。 |

sterilize the wound thoroughly, then clean it everyday or so. I'd recommend
betadine since it hurts less, but rubbing alcohol or iodine will also do. |

补充一点我的体会。
兔子不适合小孩，也不适合没有耐心或者不是非常喜爱动物的人。一般喜欢宠物的人，
对宠物的耐心和容忍度有限。所以猫狗是比较好的选择。非常爱“动物”（注意，不是
宠物）的人，而且有一定的耐心，可以考虑养兔子。兔子味道比较重，特别是臭腺和粘
液便。和兔子建立感情不容易，而且兔子在室内具有相当的破坏力。另外，当你夏天把
兔子抱在怀里。兔子突然挣扎，后腿猛的一蹬，指甲勾进你肚皮的时候，一定要克制住
自己的非条件反射，不能松手，仍然抱紧兔子，忍住疼痛，把她慢慢的放到地上。
建议领养兔子，不要去宠物店买。领养时注意三件事：眼睛有无炎症（发红，流泪，流
脓），上下中切牙是否对合良好，pp是否有分泌物。同时也可留意是否有已经坏死的指
甲。坏死的指甲是黑色的。不过这一条不是很重要。
通常说来，人的零食，不适合宠物。不要随便给兔子服用抗生素。兔子的正常肠道菌群
和人的很不一样。
偶尔检查下颌下或颈前是否有：可移动，球形，边缘光滑，质硬的痛性肿块。若有，疑
脓肿，及早切开排脓。然后可用稀释的betadine冲洗脓腔，不要缝合伤口。伤口外可用双氧水擦拭。脓肿有一层白色的包膜。脓液为乳白色，粘 |

mm做得很好，清理创口，酒精比较刺激，请看下面的：
getting some chlorhexiderm or betadine (iodine) from the
pharmacy and making a 1 part solution to 10 parts warm water mix. Gently but
thoroughly clean out this area very well, 2-3 times daily. Keep this pus
area clean and open while healing up, and keep them indoors while healing to
prevent further chances of bacteria build up.

oldnike需要导尿， 上床前问， 导尿要多少钱？ 护士可能会告诉你， 如果一次成功
，医生要1000， 2次成功，1500， 难度越大，越多收费， 不成功， 只收成本费100.
尿液回收， 100cc 100； 1000cc 200； 5000 cc 500.
化验检查， 1000.
每个纱布， 10
