房子，中国房东，要求只能住单身，不能住 family，必须签至少半年的合同。发通用的
那种 contract 过来，有一条说，要 sublet，必须征得房东同意。因为ld 和娃过来时
可能还差两个月才满半年，我就发 email 问：
