公布了一个编号为BNF156号的文件，涉及转基因抗虫水稻华恢1号【1】。1月20日，这
个文件在国内被有些人说成“转基因抗虫水稻华恢1号获得美国FDA的商业化许可”，还
被认定：FDA的批准证明了我国的转基因技术和产品质量经得起如美国这样处于领先地
位的国际同行的检验，成功获得美国的商业化许可能倒逼国内政府部门推动转基因主粮
产业化。
那么，下面我们请旅美华人直言了先生来谈谈FDA的这个文件到底意味着什么，应

第二算food&beverage，占CPI 17% - 20%。说实话我真没看见涨10%。我经常买的东西
，牛肉鸡肉，蔬菜苹果香蕉桔子，牛奶可乐，真都没有10%。牛奶确实一加仑涨了2毛钱。
第三算transportation，占CPI 9% - 11%。汽油在这项里，比较敏感。我这汽油比2012
同期大概涨了15%-20%，公共交通没涨价。但是，我们说的是2012年cpi，而且cpi需要
计算年均价格。
