做轮椅，三番五次尿路感染。
最小的小婴儿，NICU住了好多天。
有个24岁的，要用brace固定小腿和足部才能走路，小腿严重肌肉萎缩。但是也大学毕
业了。
这病不归俺们看，所以俺对它的最好的治疗方法不了解。也许现在有更好的治疗方法。
只是觉得俺看到的这几例都不仅是spinal bifida这一样病，还伴随其他疾病。
有个病人因为经常尿道感染，又没有好的静脉，在一次锁骨下静脉中央静脉插管取出来
的时候发生了意外，一节管子留在了静脉里，也没有往下移到上腔静脉，在原地呆了好
多年。她在俺的门诊随访了两年，后来俺毕业离开了。
医院里不能refer 去咨询medical genetics嘛？ |

比普通人群的发病率高，但生正常宝宝的机会还是要大些。
可是对于个人来讲摊上了就是100%。 叶酸也不是万能的，好好查查先。 |

国几个主要医学院多中心推广研究肖氏反射弧（somatic-autonomic reflex arc）肖氏
手术。NIH已决定由哈佛大学医学院建立DATA Base，收集处理多中心肖氏反射弧手术资
料。
向NIH要求参加该计划的大学太多，在平衡协调上伤透脑筋。我当然希望多多益善，但

are weakness to the lower extremity (the operative side).
若是非同侧，或者两侧都出现问题，则应该是疾病本身造成的而不是手术造成的。

计，组织，抽样，都是学问。你以为方舟子的调查结果表格是有相关学问的样子吗？还
有，你前面帖子还提过“正常的话”，要有主治医师观察，这里有吗？再有，1500人的
群体选了74人，怎么选的？什么标准？有代表性吗？这诸多问题不清楚，结果的可信度
从何而来？
其三，把那个医院的人全去掉，还有十几人，包括我举出的多个名校有title的教授，
你说他们每个人都有interest conflict?
其四，治愈率是个什么意思？那是偷换概念。100%治愈，那可能吗？有明显促进作用已

& PAPP-A来筛trisomy 13,18,21. 然后15-21周（有的地方说16-20周）是AFP， 如果
1st trimester screening做了血检查trisomy， 这次AFP只查spina bifida。 如果没
做1st trimester screening， 到第13周之前都可以做AFP， 这时的AFP查三样：唐筛
（只有80% 准确率），trisomy, spina bifida。 |
