in new bill，exemption $109,400, phase out $208,400
假设AMT income不变（后有讨论），在new bill中，增加了exemption $25,600(=$109,
400-$83800), phase out部分又增加$12,175(=($208,400-$159,700)*0.25),总共增加$
37,775. 这相当于AMT少付$10,577($37,775*0.28).
以后只能用standard 1040了，在计算AMT income时，就可以直接减去$24,000,以前
decution中只有房贷，所以AMT income也减少了。

超过线的人会少交税。加回修改了的AMT，后面那一部分人的收益变少了，前面那一部
分还是同样多交。

来了。第二天后，她老公给我来电话，大概意思是说知道我是学生，也不想太难为我，
不然我们达成个协议什么的。我觉得就是想和我要些钱，但是他说了很多很久很快，我
没有全部听清楚，就说我电话信号不好，要不给我发email行不行，对方很快答应了，
不过到现在为止我也没有收到任何email.请问大家怎么看这点？我该联系他，私了吗？

但我绝大多数时间是自己开车（车上不带其他人），UM10万/30万的我们这里要$70。
而且，我们这里Personal Injury protection (PIP) 是必须的。其包含了对我、配偶
、我父母、我车上的乘客的医疗和工资的损失。因此我觉得至少在FL，UM和PIP是重复
的。选PIP就行了。欢迎指正。

昨天晚上10点多就在craigslist上贴了广告卖旧车。
车本身开着没什么问题，我买了以后开了6年不到，171K mileage，我平时也做常规保养

缺点是上面的漆全脱了，右后面的门不能power control了，钥匙插不进右边副驾驶座的
们。Registration5月到期，要做smog check。
我拍了外面的照片两张，车里面的照片4张，整理了一下贴上去。要价$2200。
10分钟后收到一个电话，说非常想要，要想看看，我说白天我要上班，没时间，但是晚
上可以来看，如果别人先来看要了我会通知他。有收到几个text message说很感兴趣，
想要看看。
早上5点说正在做美梦，电话又响了，没理，6点钟，又响了，还是没理，又想了，直接
起来找到手机关机继续睡觉。
起床8点半到公司，开机就接到两个个电话，都约了今天晚上来看，好几个voice messa
ge没回，text message约了两个也要晚上来看。又有一个女的电话进来但是我赶着去开
会，就说给她回电话。
