心脏可能就杂音，尿隐血一个加号，就给我开了心脏彩超 和肾脏彩超，我问了医生可
以cover吗，医生说可以，约心脏彩超的时候，还和护士double check，说可以cover，
我就做了，一切正常。
结果，上个月，收到心脏彩超的一个bill，除去保险公司要付的，自己交80块。
这一个月，一共接到过两次电话，每次都是电子的，要我交390块，因为也没报是什么
公司（或我没听清），一直以为是骗子，也没理会。
昨天晚上又收到电话，我就在网上查是什么公司的，一看是medical bill collection
agency的电话，吓了我一条，因为一直没收到过390刀的bill。
刚刚打电话过去，说是心脏彩超的， 是医院的bill，一共一千多，保险公司付700，我
自己付390. 我说我从来没收到过bill，他说，因为给你邮寄，说是wrong address，打
回来了， 和他double check了地址，没有问题，他说给我重发。

我一个朋友2017年8月因为突发紧急情况，所以使用了acadian ambulance serviec服务
，总共账单1800刀。从那之后，顶多一个月就会收到billing service company（好像
是acadian外包给这个billing service 公司）寄来的账单。大家都知道在美国，保险
公司报的很慢。但是这个billing servicec company就特别没耐心，一直给朋友发信，
说再不交钱，就把你的账单送到collection公司。
我朋友有两个保险，第一个保险已经报了，现在第二个保险正在报，但是billing
servicec company就没耐心。威胁我朋友说，只给你30天，30天之内如果在没收到
payment的话，就把你送到collection公司。（估计两个保险报下来还要交800刀的样子）

我打电话给sprint, 没有一个人提到上面这个说法，有个CSR说给我refund,但请示一
下他的supervisor先，结果人家 supervisor说了，“你bill上印了，2月5日的bill（2
8日due)的是bill Jan.5-Feb.4； 3月5日的bill是0，我们没有bill你2月5日到2月10日

接受bill pay的人的chase信用卡账户有被关的风险，即使是同一地址，除非chase有夫
妇关系的记录。
一般chase信用卡账户首次接受别人bill pay的时候，chase发现last name和地址都一
样就会默认为是夫妇关系，以后一直是同一人bill pay也没有问题，但是换人bill pay
，chase立马就会察觉。如果夫妇的地址一样，但是last name不一样，需要在bill pay
之前打电话给chase说明情况，这样经过chase允许后的bill pay才安全，当然chase就
会把那个人和你的关系记录为夫妇关系了（如果确实是就无所谓啦）
这是我对有关chase bill pay的理解，问问老余觉得对不对。
