有的小biotech也叫xxxxx biopharma, Inc
大的公司,如果没专利过期问题,相对比较稳定,但不会有暴富的机会
小的公司,不知道什么时候就会关门,但一旦有药批了,或给并购了,就有机会小赚一笔.
身份已经搞定的人可以尝试尝试,最坏也不过再换一家而已. |

圣地牙哥一家生化制药公司4月2日宣称，他们与武汉人民医院合作临床试用新冠肺炎解
药，初步成效令人乐观。Ansun Biopharma说，初步数据显示，DAS181用在四位病人身
上，分别出现新冠肺炎症状减轻与消失的结果，这四个病人都患有严重双边病毒肺炎（
bilateral viral pneumonia）与缺氧症（hypoxemia）。
Ansun Biopharma说，四位病人接受喷雾DAS181治疗，为期十天。在人民医院主持临床
实验的Zuojiong Gong与De Ke Hu都认为，初步结果令人感到鼓舞。
根据他们所说，研究才进行两周，两位病人已不再需要供氧，生命迹象亦回稳。第三位
病人原本带新冠病毒超过33天，试用DAS181十天还未期满，就已经病毒全消，符合出院

出国和找工作期间从bbs上看了这么多有用的信息，觉得也该把自己的经历贴出来给大
家参考一下。
Background：国内著名大学的冷门专业：生物；在美国一所很一般的大学混了四年
biochem Ph.D.开始找制药厂工作，paper一个都没有（draft两年前就给了老板，被压
着没改），倒是有一个patent。英语口语那叫一个烂，四年里面就没怎么讲过英文，不
提也罢。
开始根本摸不清头脑，胡乱写了份简历，让一个刚找到工作的statistic master帮忙改
。他的idea是要突出你的能力而不是突出你的成就，所以把研究经历删掉了不少。后来
跟很多师兄师姐讨论觉得Ph.D.找工作很大的竞争来自有多年经验的under和master，当
然在实验室里不可能做的跟制药厂里的一样，但是要是有相关的经历就好很多。于是针
对于相关的 position加入很多研究经历，基本是job description要求什么就有什么（
当然顺便吹了一吹）。于是开始由很多的电话。一开始浪费了实验室一个former

豫。没有太相关的经验。开始压力会很大。我的背景更适合biopharma，个人也更喜欢

process development, cGMP, assay development (小公司，什么活都得干）一年多。
因为家里领导到东北了，俺现在必须在东北找份工作。有朋友建议辞职裸奔，因为很多
小公司基本只考虑local，这样面试机会多。也有朋友说那样历史不好看，hr会犯嘀咕
。领导呢，一方面紧催，一方面又不愿意我裸奔(在这儿好歹挣俩尿布钱）。
现在简历上留得东北地址，但工作地址在南方，每次recruiter问都要解释一下，并表
示不需要relocation package。找了半年工作，基本都是recruiter电话，也没个靠谱
的onsite。痛苦，还不如当年直接到东北作dog，也能一家人在一块。
不知弟兄姐妹们对于在东北(主要是大波士顿区)找bioteck/biopharma有什么建议，是
否值得破釜沉舟？ |

上海——一种新药有望阻止癌细胞扩散到其他器官；另一种可以治疗血癌；还有一种利
用人体的免疫系统来杀死肿瘤。
这三种药都展示出令人鼓舞的效果，只需再过一道关坎就能获得在美国上市的批准。这
些药还有另一个共同特点：它们都是中国创造的。
多年来，中国的制药业一直把注意力集中在仿制西药上。让新药获得批准是一个令人沮
丧且耗时的过程。企业认为，将数百万美元投入药物研发风险大，不如把精力放在更安
全的收入来源上。
现在，中国正努力在全球制药业发挥更大的作用。中国有数百万癌症或糖尿病患者，政
府已把创新药物作为国家重点。官员已承诺加快药品审批速度，为了扭转人才外流，还
在大力吸引科学家回国工作。当局为研发提供土地、拨款、税收减免以及投资。

于biopharma （非bench），下面来来去去十几个二十个人吧，每天工作在5-6个小时左
右，主要也就开开会，布置布置工作。 现在到了东部，一样的title，公司大了些，工
资也就多了25%， 可meeting 更多了，压力也大了不少，每天工作在8-9个小时的样子
。心里非常操蛋。
西部和东部culture太不同。我姐在一个金融公司做sr director，每天工作10-12个小
时，一周6天。不同领域也不一样。 |
