偶们系有一个老家伙说
化工的本质就是process, 是过程
以前也听过一耳朵，说化学工业也在往小而精发展
据本人观察
现在的化工过程，要么强调规模，
要么强调高技术，
而所谓的高技术，可以归几类，
一类是小，
微晶，微孔，微粒(纳米材料)
这什么玩意一小，就会变，
物理性质和化学性质就要变，
超细粉，超细纤维，在材料领域未来会有一番作为，
还有一类是精确，
比如催化剂，分子筛之类
孔径分布越作越小，
针对性越来越强，
产品纯度也就跟着更上一层楼了，
还有就是拐弯抹角的杂交品种
什么生化，材料一锅端，
弄出个东西来怪异无比，
用途独一无二，例如biosensor, biomaterial, 以及用过程的
方法来研究医药方面的应用，甚至理论，
虽然这些个理论说穿了也就是那三传一反，
可是就是能出新东西，
只是现在自动化程度太高，化学工程师工作不好找，
所有也就不太吸 |

工作几乎都没发表，老板忙，实验室主要是做biosensor的
他也没心思管我这部分离子传输
打算归国算了。
问题是那么多工作就白做了吗
我想回去后以第一作者发表出来
问题是通讯作者怎么办
我和这个老板并列通讯作者可以不？
很发愁，大家给点主意
p.s.我发这些paper估计他也没空看，写的文章几篇他都没改也没投
就压在那里。估计我走了他更不管了。毕竟不是他的主业 |

也炒了10几年了，今年去AACR，发现没几个poster做nano的。。。targeted
delivery也是。。。搞得我严重怀疑自己是不是太被big picture吸引，跳进了
一个纯忽悠的领域。。。
also，bme到底是个什么概念？microfluidics算吗？library screening methods
(phage display, SELEX, etc)算吗？biosensor算吗？我很困惑呵呵 |

我老板和这位同学说的恰好不一样，或者说就是大家常说的MD做科研玩玩的
我们这群手下人可惨了~
绝对不催促你干活，自己push自己，读phd两年了，老板基本没push过~ 实验结果自然
很少，刚来一段时间分析了proposal里的初始数据microarray，后来接着做ChIP-seq，
老板说那东西可以让technician做，其实我是想学的，seq的数据其实都不用我分析，
因为有学校的pipeline，直接就run了~ 当然这个数据貌似也不咋滴...
老板的宗旨是，做你自己想做的，所以在白天实验室看paper那是天经地义的，经常会
抛给你很多paper，经常找你谈，让你自己想idea，也给你idea，但感觉都是大家说的
那种（如果老板说这是个好idea，就是让你去死的那种....）
老板和外面的合作很多，基本没有啥focus，从GWAS-physiology---Biosensor...基本
没有时间教benchwork，实验室大家都搞不一样的project，关键是project得自己来，
