想请教有没有人有过illumina公司的面试经验，我知道他们是做NGS的。
公司在ngs领域是非常厉害。我投他们家的硬件製成工程职位。
跟经理电面后决定下週邀请我去onsite.
我博班研究领域是做半导体运用在bio方面的。
对sequencing 不能说到有如生物系那么专业。但一些使用fluidigm 的微流体晶片。
也有RT-qPCR经验（array or tubings). 仪器是用applied biosystems的stepone PCR 仪
器。
我有研究一下他们的产品。他们除了做NGS。很大的收入在于晶片。
买了他们的仪器 需要使用晶片 就会跟他们买。 像是razor and blade 的经营模式。

不存在你讲的问题。TBSI的我没有用过。做这种行为记录的实验，你提到的信噪比之类
的不是最主要的，现在的仪器都很先进，不会有太大的差别。比较重要的一点是配套的
记录软件以及相应的数据分析软件。 |
