爹，爷爷都是海军4星上将，全美国历史上海军5星就4个人还是5个人，
可以说现在美国海军将军基本都是他家提拔的，家世显赫，有军方背景。
参议员序列里面，要能良好沟通政府和军方，在战争时期形成良好配合
而不是互相扯皮，全美国也就数他了。
