刚才看到一段分析纽报为何爆W的丑闻,感觉到很有意思
种种迹象表明，2008年中美双方曾经有过成功的沟通 19
——什么都架不住分析
游戏一下，聊博一乐。
不使用任何阴谋论，仅罗列些基本事实和简单逻辑。
基本事实：
1.N报称，发表文章前曾经找中方沟通过。
2.N报称，这些资料是过去收集到的，现在只是把过去的资料review一下。
3.发表的文章内容，只涉及2008年以前的。
4.N报称，此后BJ收紧了公司公开财务信息，无法再获得新的注册信息了。
5.段小姐称，2008年后，W家亲戚的股份都转入了她的名下。

Defamation (includes libel, slander)
Child pornography
Perjury
Blackmail
Incitement to imminent lawless action
True threats
Solicitations to commit crimes
Some experts also would add treason, if committed verbally, to that list.
