Pawtucket到麻州交界的Woonsocket，很锻炼身体。一路上没碰上中国人，可能知道的
人不多，有兴趣的人可以去，据说秋天foliage的时候风景很美。虽然知名度不大，但
Blackstone river在200多年前曾经是美国工业革命的发源地，这条河从麻州的
Worcester一直流到providence，总共40多英里，号称是19世纪“America's hardest
working river”。19世纪的时候这条河周遍出现过很多所谓的mill village，这些工
厂利用Blackstone river的水能，这点直到今天还能处处看到痕迹，我们一路上看到很
多水坝，它们就是当年这些工厂的能源，绝大部分是纺织工厂，美国历史上最早的纺织
厂Slater mill就位于Pawtucket的Blackstone River旁边。规划中的Blackstone River
Bikeway最终将连接Providence和Worcester两大New England城市，连接著名的e |

when FIG ipo this feburary, it jumped 76%. but, it dropped afterwards. I
dont think BX will go to 100 plus because of the total units offered this
time and the news that those top executives are cashing in. |

By and large, this is in an effort by the Chinese government to diversify
its foreign reserves and what's more, opens up a door for Blackstone to set
its footprint in the world's biggest market.
I think you meant to ask if it is a good time for a Chinese-speaking
attorney to break into corporate/M&A area (as M&A is all what PEIs do
anyways)? If that was the question, I would say - personally, |
