On June 30, 2017 at about 2:18 pm, we received a report of a vehicle
collision in the area of Osgood Rd and Blacow Rd. Officers arrived and found
a Ford pickup truck and an Audi Sedan on Osgood Rd, south of Blacow Rd.
Traffic officers determined that a 24 year old man was driving the Ford
truck northbound on Osgood Rd at a high rate of speed, lost control of the

Green也有一些平顶房。Green和Grimmer还是不同的，Green的人口结构容易improve。
Grimmer比较难，基本同意您老Irvington High最终有cap的结论，要再上升，需要解决
Grimmer的问题。Grimmer的问题是，学区虽然是个重要因素，但不是一个唯一因素，居
住本身也是个重要因素。计划中的BART线和平顶房，加上传统上中下层蓝领区，curb
view的感观就不好，老中老印通常看不上那边的房子。

离高速,fault zone (paseo pardre parkway)近就不.
The irvington(non irvington high) triangle is too close to the fault zone line (from ppp to I680), the line is the border line (30miles deep) between north American 板块状and pacific板块. Roughly house too close to this line shall be swallowed directly by earthquake.

总地来说， Fremont 本来不管白人黑人老墨， 都是穷人。 你要让自己的房子保值，
就只能买老中扎堆或将来老中扎堆的地方。 所谓location location location 其实就
