几个星期前看了blanchard的文章，the state of macro，有些地方记得不是很清楚了
，凭印象说一下，说错的地方请大家纠正。blanchard说现在主流宏观的方法太接近，
都是先在经典的RBC或者sticky price的DSGE模型里面引进一个变型，simulate后说解
释了某现象（我觉得估计DSGE也是差不多的，因为通常用需要用bayesian方法和采取非
常tight的prior，和simulation的差别应该不会太大）。blanchard说很多时候DSGE里
面很难获得intuition（有的教授觉得有点DSGE像blackbox），他主张适当应用partial
equilibrium的模型，抽象掉一些不重要的方面，提炼出更加敏锐的intuition和
prediction。
新古典宏观引进了微观的基础和incentive，当然是正确的，不过新古典太不愿意偏离
有效市场太远，他们的问题也许在于引入的微观结构还不够。同时，更丰富的微观结构
放在DSGE里面肯定不容易求解，这种情况下放弃GE也许是一个选择，或者期待新的技术

满地可一名30岁女子布兰嘉(Nathalie Blanchard)在IBM任职技术员，2008年初以工作压力导致抑郁为由申请工伤返家休养，每月并从负责承保的宏利金融有限公司(Manulife Financial Corp.)领取失能津贴支票。
但一年后保险公司却无预警停止理赔，原来它在布兰嘉的facebook帐户内发现许多她到海边度假嬉戏及夜店内乐不思蜀照片，因此认定她抑郁症已痊愈，有能力工作。

根据诺贝尔奖官网的最新信息，2016年诺贝尔生理学或医学奖揭晓时间最早为北京时间3日17时30分；物理学奖揭晓时间最早为北京时间4日17时45分；化学奖揭晓时间最早为北京时间5日17时45分；和平奖揭晓时间最早为北京时间7日17时；经济学奖揭晓时间最早为北京时间10日19时。

功底，但在实地经验、新技术与军队协作上还有欠缺，所以中国军事力量要强势崛起，
前方还是漫漫长路。
中国在军队建设上投入巨资，目前正在开发尖端战斗机与导弹，且在考虑建造第一艘航
空母舰，同时削减庞大的军队规模，向建设一支精简与科技含量高的军事队伍努力。
根据中国政府上周公布的国防预算数据，中国2010年国防预算比去年增加7.5%，增幅较
最近几年有所下降，不过较其他国家相比仍然非常可观。
这一预算的持续增加引起了台湾、亚太其他地区，尤其是美国的警觉。上月公布的一份
五角大楼对美国国会的报告中表示，美方对中国军队的壮大，以及在太平洋地区影响力

媒体把中国经贸代表团称为"财神爷"。
中国向欧洲大洒金钱，加上欧洲部分舆论的客套话，很多中国读者由此产生了"恩主"的
心态，以为中国对欧洲很重要，甚至没有中国资金，欧债危机可能解决不了。在这里我
要告诉读者，读者如怀有"恩主"心态是很有害的，部分欧洲媒体是由当地华人开办的，
很有些奉承中国的味道，听听就算了，千万不要当真。
我必须告诉读者一个你所不知道的事实，那就是中国对于欧洲而言，没有大家想象的那

乎市场意料。
北京时间1月22日晚上，欧洲央行行长德拉吉（Mario Draghi）宣布扩大资产购买
规模，从3月起每月购买600亿欧元资产，直至2016年9月或者通胀回升至2%左右为止，
这意味着购债规模至少扩大1.14万亿欧元，美元指数随即暴涨，欧股全线大涨。当年，
美国QE3的月度购债规模为850亿美元。
不过，值得注意的是，购债将基于各国央行在欧洲央行的出资比率。这便意味着出
资比例最高但经济情况最好的德国将获得最大购债额度，这或使QE最终效果存疑。
面对种种对于QE效果的质疑，德拉吉对此早就想好了对策—货币政策能为经济增长
打下基础，但要提高增速就需要投资，要刺激投资就需要信心，要信心就要推行结构性
改革。现在到了政府开展结构性改革的时候了，只有这样才能扩大货币政策效应。
“德拉吉做得已经足够好了。”国际货币基金组织首席经济学家布兰查德（
