discriminatory and absolutely unconstitutional. In Fisher v. UTexas, almost

concurring and even Ginsburg did not dare to challenge this view directly.

如果有1000个男的，1000的女的，放到一个孤岛上。理论上，他们很快会结成1000对伴
侣，但实际上比这复杂多了。
这1000个女的当中，有800个会去围着男的当中200个条件最好的转。这200个男的平均

was to get rid of the test discipline and decrease the “management layers”
