首先效果并没有楼上说的好。Ipilimumab（anti－CTLA－4） objective response
rate在10%左右（各个地方PhaseIIItrial的效果不一），最好的在MSKCC，也在15%左右
。真正有survival benefit的人群在10%不到，提高的average surivival只有3个月。
考虑到toxicity，这个药目前只在PhaseIII和VI的melanoma上用，就是因为那些病人存
活率不超过5%，等于死马当活马医来治疗。希望能有那么10%不到的人能够中奖且收益
。你说的50%的response，包括了CR，PR，和SD，意义不大。在其他的恶性度比较高的
肿瘤包括NSCLC（肺癌）和prostate cancer Ipilimumab效果不好。其实CTLA－4在老鼠
上效果就只对high immunogenic的肿瘤有效。
anti－PD－1看起来效果比Ipilimumab好，但也只能说稍好，副作用稍小，适用的肿瘤

1. Blockade yourself in some safe room
例如臥室裡，用櫃子，桌子之類的把門堵死。如果屋內還有其他人，把立刻把他們弄進來
2. Call 911
跟911說發生home invasion，告訴operator你把自己blockade在某房間內。如果有槍的
同學跟911說你有槍，約定一個暗號讓警察來的時候大聲喊這個暗號（假警察的問題）
。不要掛電話，同時槍準備好，子彈上膛
據說99%的home invader這時候已經跑掉了。如果他跑的時候順手搶了點你家的東西，
還碰巧給你看到了，這時候你不能開槍阻止他逃跑。
如果他還沒跑，那估計就是不要命的，或者專門來要你命的。這時候你就準備好開戰吧
。找好掩體然後等著門被砸開。門一砸開你就可以開槍了。
3. 等著警察來
警察喊了約定的暗號的時候你就可以放下武器，雙手舉高，等著被按倒在地銬起來。千
萬表傻傻的舉著槍等著。
如果你幹倒了invader，警察看到掛了的人估計會很high，搞不好就順帶把你槍斃了。
