，就是红山１房式：黑咕隆冬，深一脚浅一脚，坑洼的水泥地厅，拉式的抽水马桶，没
法子住的。
还有，看到SGH那附近的HDB,说一房式为多，表面长满了青苔，估计就是６０年代的？
不过４０年，觉得不en bloc都不能住人。
所以，推算HDB en bloc房龄，觉得４０年左右？ |

发帖数: 3583 | 18 上周末完成了第一个世纪骑，穿着绿色的活动jersey参加的，所以就做了回标题党。

第一次参加，定下的目标只是8小时完成全程，所以骑的比较保守，每个补给点都停下
来充分休息吃东西。所以完成得非常舒服，整个过程很享受。当然不卖力的结果也搞得
有些遗憾，现在老想，如果给点压力，push 一下，能不能在6到6个半小时完成。这也
许是明年的目标啦。也许这也是大家一次又一次参加活动的原动力啦，呵呵。
活动的后半程感受到了大腿抽筋的味道，小抽了几次，挺了一下就过去了，感觉光靠加
在水里的电解质好像还是不够，应该还是要口服一些盐片。也许也有可能还是对长距离
不习惯。
补给站提供的clif shot bloks吃起来相当不错，不粘牙，成份和gel一样，但不会像
gel吃完后粘糊糊的，决定做为以后骑车的必备能量啦。
骑得快的人真是快，根据结果，最快的男女都只用啦4小时16分钟，够凶猛阿。

我觉得没什么区别。这种东西都不会好吃，但也不算特别难吃。你可以去REI一样买一

发帖数: 169 | 26 这两篇文章乍看起来是矛盾的，其实不矛盾。第一篇文章说的是PD-L1与T细胞上的PD-1
结合导致T细胞凋亡。第二篇文章说的是PD-L1的抗体（其实有点类似于blok PD-L1与PD
-1的ligation）可以促进T细胞上生长。注意一个说的是T细胞上的PD-1对本身T细胞的
影响， 另一个说的是T细胞上的PD-L1对本身T细胞的影响，信号传导途径截然不同啊。
虽然培养T细胞的时候，表达PD-L1的T细胞会抑制表达PD-1的T细胞，表达PD-1的T细胞
会促进表达PD-L1的T细胞的生长，综合的T细胞生长是一个平衡的结果。

我家小宝3岁多，说说她喜欢的玩具，也许可以做个参考啊：
1、Dora、Kailan或Hello Kitty有关的玩具
2、Disney Princess有关的玩具
具体可以考虑的可以是DVD、CD、书（彩画书或者是stickerbook）或玩具，如：
1、Dora或Kailan的Mega Bloks（男宝可能更适于LEGO）
2、Leapster or Leapfrog Tag（学习类玩具）
3、puzzles（拼图类，有些还可以带声音的）
4、Dollhouse或Playhouse
5、Princess Dress up Trunk
6、如果宝宝喜欢音乐，可以考虑买个玩具的吉他或麦克风什么的（我家小宝有Dora的
Guitar和Microphone，如果喜欢Dora的小女孩估计都会喜欢上的）

Like I've said before, I have them and love them. I hate counting detents on
carbine stocks. If I ever get a knoxx stock for my 870 I'll definitely be
